We definitely recommend this facility - we are paying approximately $109 per month for 5 x 10 unit with insurance and taxes included. I told them November 23rd I was vacating my storage unit and got confirmation back from the property manager they would NOT charge me for my storage unit if I vacated by December 1st. I did this, sent another email confirming I did, asked if they needed anything else from me, and took a dated picture showing it was empty. They charged my debit card on December 2nd anyway. Then when I told them about this, they never called to update me (even though they got an update from their accountant and confirmed this when I called A SECOND TIME), and then told me it would take 3-10 business days for the money to be seen on my account. I did everything right and still got charged for an empty storage unit before the holidays and before rent is due at my apartment. They then told me it's up to my bank when the money appears on my account even though they caused the problem in the first place. I've had to do extra work for their mistake when it wouldn't have happened if the job was just done correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous, disheartening, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I wanted to recommend this place to my friends and coworkers and previously praised this place up and down. It's so unfortunate that lack of professionalism and responsibility from this company has now turned away many future customers. I will not be back and will tell anyone who needs a storage unit to not use this one.

The issue started out with the car having multiple mechanical issues within the first two days. I initially tried to go down in person and contact them but the only thing I received was a door shut in my face and no return phone calls. By the end of May I contacted an attorney as well as a dispute with my bank. Currently the company has made multiple public post saying that they have contacted me and attempted to work things out with me such as offering to pay for the repairs or returning my money but while they have posted this publicly on Facebook I have not received any actual communication from them since May 31st. I have asked them to provide proof that they tried to contact me on their end with a date stamp including but they still cannot provide that information because it did not happen. If you value the safety of the vehicle you are actually leaving with you should definitely buy from someone else don't even bother looking at these vehicles unless you're willing to put your family and yourself at risk. Also if they're able to on pages they will hide and delete reviews and comments that are negative. Make sure you check out their reviews on cars.com as well as their complaints with the BBB and reviews on there.
