I told them over the phone I didn't know when I could reschedule so I needed to cancel it for the time being. They said they would take care of it. That was on a Sunday. So, why then did I keep receiving emails and texts about this appointment that they supposedly cancelled for me? I called again on a Saturday and same thing, "they took care of it". I then emailed them because I was still getting notifications about this appointment and over email they said they would take care of it. Today, day of the appointment that "they cancelled", I get another two texts! I'm beyond frustrated with this whole ordeal. I should not and have never had to contact an office this many times to try to cancel an appointment. I cannot speak on behalf of their services but this experience trying to get an appointment cancelled, with more than a week's notice, is just so insane to me! I've never had issues like this ever. I will not be rescheduling with this office.
