I contacted ty vapor with permission to return a bottle of vape juice which had an expiration date…read moreof June 2024. Which meant my purchase of 2026 would expire in 30 days. Being such a large bottle and a not a heavy smoker clearly would have degraded in color and taste. Although I was given permission to return the bottle I was met with all kinds of hostility but I stood my grown and my intent to return for a.bottle with at least a 2025 date. I was told that vape juice last 5 years which all vape users know to be untrue. I kept standing my ground stating I wanted to return and exchange. The cashier told me this was her store and im coming to her job with complaints. I advised her I have been a customers for years, she was extremely hostile and I told her she was very disrespectful and I had children older then her. She continued to argue, the manager jumped in as if I was the problem but never offered to handle the dispute. I will not be returning to this store again. Clearly customers have no true valued to this business. I know the owner would never stand for this behavior because he's a great guy hopefully he will exam the stores camera on March 22, 2026 between the hours of noon to 2 pm and see how his employees have total disregard for his cusomters..I wont return until his employees are capable of handling customers with Mutual respect. ​​
