The employees were friendly and helpful and didn't follow you around while shopping. The prices were reasonable though in the higher end, but it was worth my money as I knew I was getting good sticks. There is a great lounge area with leather chairs and another bar-like area where you can enjoy your smokes. There's even an outdoor seating area.
