They let you try the liquids before you buy (which was a first for me because nowhere else that I've been offers that. $1 isn't much to ask to avoid smoking something that tastes like robitussin). They have a space on their wall where they have signed packs of cigs from people that traded them in. There was another staff member there who offered many tips and recommendations. Being such a large bottle and a not a heavy smoker clearly would have degraded in color and taste.
