Great smoke shop! Stopped by here to buy a few things while visiting family and we found everything we wanted. They have a great selection of pieces, papers, vaporizers, ect. $10 MINIMUM WITH CREDIT CARD PURCHASE!! They use to be the only place in the area that sold their tobacco products as the manufacture has displayed on the product. On 1/12/18 I went to the Smoke Shop to buy a vape pen battery. They have tons of options at various price points. I told the man who assisted me that I wanted the highest quality one even if it was more expensive. His name was Kevin and he seemed to be knowledgeable. He showed me several products including the O.Pen. He said that it was a very good product, was more expensive than the others, but is the only one with a lifetime warranty. He said if it ever breaks or stops working for any reason, I just had to return it to the store and it would be replaced free of charge. I bought the battery. On 2/28/18 the battery stopped working. I tried charging it, but it still wouldn't work. I gathered the product packaging (that I kept expressly for this reason) and the receipt, and returned to the store on 3/1/18. Kevin wasn't working. Abdul assisted me, if that's what you'd like to call it. He insulted my intelligence at least twice. When I told him the battery wasn't working he initially told me that I need to call the nonexistent phone number on the product packaging and deal directly with the company. That isn't what I was told by Kevin and I informed Abdul of this and told him that there is no phone number on the product packaging or any statement about returns. Then he asked me a bunch of questions such as did I try to charge the battery, how long did I charge it for, what did I do to the battery, etc. I told him that I didn't do anything to the battery, I just charged it for at least 30 minutes before coming back to return it and demonstrated to him that it wasn't working. He insinuated that 30 minutes wasn't enough. I told him that this product has a 10 minute quick charge feature and that 30 minutes is plenty of time to charge the battery. He didn't believe me and argued his point. I responded by showing him the statement and directions that were on the product packaging that said exactly what I told him about the quick charge feature. Still not convinced, Abdul took the battery from me and put it on a charger for a few minutes. Then he took it off and told me it was working and that there was nothing wrong with the battery. Calmly, I took the battery from him, screwed my cartridge on it and told him to observe. The battery didn't work as I already knew it wouldn't, but this guy needed convincing. Finally, he agreed that the battery wasn't working. However, he said that he still wouldn't be able to honor the warranty for some BS reason about not having a code or something. He said that I'd need to return on a day that Kevin was working and deal him. I told him that this was BS, asked for his name, and left the store. From now on, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. read more

Great shop! A large variety of shisha flavors and vape juices! Friendly staff and the owner is also very helpful. I was looking for something specific that the shop did not have, and she was kind enough to special order it for me. I would give this place 5 stars, but the only downside is the distance. I drive all the way from Northern VA. There are smoke shops where I live, but the variety at Smoke shop is better. And customer service as well. read more
