I had…read morehired them to do products shots of my natural skin care, I had brought in props and of course my skin care line an left it with them to photograph, the receptionist was very rude I should at that time canceled but knowing the photographer I let it slide, they sent me proofs that week I was dumb founded REALLY the photos had so many props in them the skin care was not the focus which it should have been, I scheduled to be on the next shoot, but canceled due to the way I was treated and they sent me 3 pictures on a disc, mind you I gave them a $500 deposit. I told them I was canceling due to the way I was treated and the poor product shot's did nothing to help in as far as redoing the photos I asked for a $400 refund willing to give them $100 of that for her time , to no avail I have reported them to the BBB next step small claims court there response what are you waiting for? Come to find out they have had 2 other complaints against them already. So beware do not do business with them
