After a…read moreterrible half a year in the 3s program, our child developed significant anxiety and distress in what multiple professionals and third-party behavioral specialists described as a cold classroom environment and teaching approach. Despite requesting outside evaluations at the school's suggestion and multiple professionals stating there were no concerns other than the environment and the teacher, the schools concerns remained, and after voicing them to administration we were told unfortunately there was nothing they can do. We were repeatedly asked to pick up early for typical preschool behaviors such as tantrums or not napping, despite paying for full-day care until 530 pm. We ultimately felt the classroom lacked the warmth, support, and developmental understanding young children need, and hope the school reviews staffing, training, and support so other families do not have a similar experience. Truly a terrible experience for any child that is energetic or needs a bit of extra support. The owners should really evaluate what criteria is necessary for a teacher other than just credentials.

They are happy at drop off and don't want to go home when we pick them up. All the teachers and front desk staff greet my boys by name every morning and every afternoon. And they greet everyone by name! Every day that we come home I am so amazed at how much both of my boys are learning. My three year old is always so excited to tell me what he has learned and anything new they have done in their room. Today was the first annual Halloween Trunk or Treat and it was so fun! I had a blast meeting and working with other families in my boy's classrooms. The event was so fun and very organized and every teacher was excited and having a great time with their students. A huge shout out to Sara for running a great event and making it look effortless! I would recommend this school to everyone!

From the beginning, communication was missing. No one told me whether he ate, and I later found out he wasn't eating the school lunch at all. That means my four-year-old may have been there almost eleven hours with no food, and nobody thought it was important to tell me. They constantly sent him home in different clothes, saying he had "accidents." My son has been fully potty trained since he was two. He has never peed on himself, not even during training. It broke my heart because I knew something was wrong and he wasn't being watched or listened to. Even though they knew he has a speech delay and had just gone through a huge move from Chicago to Florida, instead of patience and support, they labeled him. They made him sound like he was a problem, like he wasn't welcome. The director, Rosie, even told me they were not trained to deal with "children like him." No empathy. No kindness. If that is the leadership, it's no wonder the staff acted the same way. One of the worst moments was when Rosie started listing issues about my son in front of other parents at drop off. No privacy. No sensitivity. Just labeling him publicly. I kept telling her, "This is not my son." He has always loved school. He used to run into his previous daycare happy and excited. Suddenly he was crying every morning before I left him there, and that alone told me something was wrong. I wish I had trusted those signs sooner. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. No child should ever be made to feel unwanted or misunderstood. But I do want to say this: the evening shift was the complete opposite. Miss Leah and the aftercare girls were consistently kind, loving, patient, and warm with my son. They were the only part of the school that made him feel safe, and I appreciate them more than they know. The proof is this: my son is now in a wonderful preschool where he is thriving. No issues. No "accidents." No crying. He is happy, welcomed, supported, and himself again. That shows me everything. The problem was not my child. The problem was the environment at Neighborhood Kids Wellington. I truly hope they improve the way they treat children and communicate with parents, because no family should ever go through what we did.

I can't say enough good things about Prim Rose and Ms Angela. The woman is truly the toddler whisper!!!! Her love, patience and passion for teaching is undeniable and the proof is in my daughter's progress. I was hesitant to send Riley to school at such a young age and did not want her to be in "day care". Prim Rose is a SCHOOL and the kids are treated as students not babies. They had lesson plans, activities, play times. I couldn't be more happy to be proven wrong. Sending Riley to Prim Rose was the BEST decision my wife and I could have made. She has grown leaps and bounds in a short time. So much so I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it for myself. The entire staff is as welcoming and caring as you can ask for as a parent. Ms Angela in particular needs to be acknowledged... Her loving and professional nature when dealing with small children is first class. She TEACHES the kids not just monitors them. We had a good and the most horrible experience with the agency. One nanny emotionally abused my son…read morein 2 days that she was there.When I left with my daughter to class I checked the cameras at home and she put my son infront of TV (when I specifically told her he can only watch tv when he eats) and went outside to speak on the phone. When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

The owner is very prompt and polite and has a great reputation. However, I was not overly impressed with our sitter. She had great nanny experience, was polite and arrived on time, but seemed uncomfortable with a small infant and was used working with toddlers and older kids.

It's very clear that she is very good friends with the owner, and bases her recommendation on her relationship with the owner. If your child has any special needs or delays, DO NOT even consider this place. They have zero patience, zero tolerance, and are borderline discriminatory against children with special needs. I enrolled my child over summer (and provided full disclosure about my child's needs), hoping he'd get adjusted and prepared for the school year, however there was very little structure, and the teacher seemed very inexperienced (i also never met her or spoke directly to the teacher once). I received a tiny slip of paper with a daily report that said he was "happy" everyday, yet they kicked him out. I offered to have him attend with a shadow or one-on-one (paid by myself with a background check and credentials), and the director had already informed me that they allowed this for another student, but suddenly they wouldn't allow this for MY son. She also informed me that two other students in the classroom were "challenging" and therefore they couldn't handle my child. Keira, the director talks in circles and Circles and can't get her story straight. I'm sure she's a good person, but she is does not do well with handling well educated and involved parents. I've now been waiting for over a month for a refund of my registration fee because they refused to allow him to attend. It's very sad, they are only a great school if you're in their click and your could is PERFECT. I'm actually considering a discrimination lawsuit, because of the unfair treatment my child and my family endured. Not to mention, most other preschools are on waiting lists, and we now have no childcare for our child, and both parents work full-time. We registered him in May for the Fall, so we were looking in advance and making sure to be prepared. I'd like to add that they have great social media sites on Facebook and Instagram. I follow both sites, and during the entire month of June when my child attended and participated in the weekly themes (dressing up for super hero week), they posted TONS of photos of the children from ALL of the classes, and my child is not in ONE photograph. That's heartbreaking for a mom to be unable to see her child in school, and then also to see my child is not included in any photos posted (I gave permission for my child to be photographed).

We happily paid $20 an hour and we noticed our night nannies were either sleeping or watching tv all night when we reviewed our cameras in the morning. When we would bring this to Angela she would argue with us and tell us that we are bad employers. It's extremely unprofessional to argue with a paying client of yours.

I was so nervous about having to put my baby in daycare at such a young age but I feel very good with her care here. They keep me updated on how she's doing and even send pictures and videos throughout the day. The facility always looks clean and the babies look happy. They were also very accommodating and understanding during the Coronavirus pandemic. I'm so glad that we found such a wonderful place for our daughter.
