OVER THE MOON! Last minute panic! I needed the dress a week early and THAT NIGHT. No problem, as Scott was cutting and sewing and basting and hemming until 6:30 at night. Dropped off my Uniform to get a fix on my patches that I had brought to another place that failed to do it correctly despite saying they could. So I took it here to get it fixed when I dropped it off here was told it I would get a text and to keep my ticket for pick up. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly the uniform was done and the amount of attention to detail it received. I had some horse riding style pants that were made by another company. Due to the manufacturing process, a portion of the sticking came out. I called, asked what could be done, and when it could be done. Although I was past the 4pm deadline for same day service, I was explained by a guy at the business to come over right now and he will see about taking care of it. I showed up a few minutes later. He looked at it, explained the issue, as well as the complications of where the restitching needed to be done. After a few moments, he came up with another idea and was not nearly as intensive as the first idea. Needless to say, he restitched it while I waited (Maybe at the most 4 minutes this included turning on his machine) and absolutely refused to charge me for the work that he did, even though I tried to pay. To be clear, I have never been in this business before or even met the guy(Presumed owner). I appreciate the work he did and his willingness to drop what he was doing, come up with a less labor intensive way to solve the issue. I would say, I appreciate him not charging me, but hey that was just the icing on the cake by him not doing that although I was willing to pay. read more

I came here based off of Yelp reviews. In Florida I was informed that all dry cleaners make you pay up front. This is something I'm not used to from living previously in another state. I don't normally set clean or buy things needing dry cleaning but my husband has some silk Tommy Bahama short sleeved button shirts and they were $6.00 which I thought was high but i haven't been to a dry cleaner in a long time. So many people recommend this place so I decided to give it a go. My dress needed a couple of things done. the first thing it was a one shoulder gown and was a little bit big on top. The seamstress told me she would tighten it, but in the end, she made it too tight on the one side that my zipper was shifted over to one side. The zipper in the back was not centered because the way she pulled it only on one side. Then I requested my side slit bring it up about 4" & was never done (I paid for this service $28) then I needed the length taken up. My dress had this 4 inch batting in it to make the bottom stiff and stay straight. I did not want to spend $50 more (as my bill was already up to $180) and she did not recommend I really needed it anyway that the dress will stay straight, but if I known that the hem was gonna be stitched so lightly that literally I could pull one string, and the whole thing would come apart. sure enough it got caught in my shoe, and as I walked, the whole hem fell apart that fabric where the hem was cut just pulled apart. Thank god I know a little bit about sewing & I had to stitch my hem up so it wouldn't keep snagging. All this happen as I was walking into the reception. So embarrassing that this happen at my brothers wedding. I will not use or recommend this place again. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The man (owner?) that was pinning the alterations I asked for argued about everything I wanted done. Said it was unnecessary and it looked fine. It did not look fine. He finally agreed to honor some of my requests but flatly refused to do what I felt was the most important thing. Said it would look fine after it was pressed. Picked it up and it was awful. Pressing did not help at all. Took it to another seamstress and she saw the problem the minute I put it on. Agreed it looked sloppy because it was too big, then fixed it. Awful experience. STAY AWAY!!! This guy ruined two of my $100 dress shirts, one with an iron burn and the other with ink, then claimed he didn't do it. He sends everything offsite, so he has no idea what happens to your clothes after they leave his store. He is a Grade-A jerk who refuses to stand behind his service. You'll notice the poor kids who work there are miserable and have fear in their eyes from this horribly unhappy man. After shrinking a sport coat beyond recognition, by washing it instead of dry cleaning it, Scott Ford, the Owner of this disorganized dry cleaner admitted he had ruined it. Not only was the shrinkage catastrophic but the wool was ruined. Ford's playbook, after admitting the negligence of his offsite facility, is a well practiced deny, deceive, and devalue the claim as he invents a deceitful version of the truth. Ford's version of accountability for destroying a 100% wool sport coat, originally valued at $560, was to pay $100 after a comically inept attempt to "fix" the irreversible damage. If you're considering taking clothes to this amateurish business make sure they aren't worth more than $100 because this Tailor's Completely Out Of Touch with reality. read more

Amazing!!! I brought my wedding dress in to get shortened and my straps to be adjusted and they did an amazing job! My Wedding Dress was a little more complicated since it had a lot of layers and beading along with lace but the team at Tailors Touch knew exactly how to work with my dress. I couldn't be happier with the end results. My dress looks perfect!! The turn around time on my dress was amazing as well. They ended up getting it done a week before it was scheduled to get picked up. I definitely recommend them for any of your custom alteration needs. I came in to tailor's touch to get my leather jacket's chain re sewn onto the sleeves (it's a decorative part of the jacket and needed to be in the same pattern as before). I tried my best to hand see it myself but it was taking me hours. So I brought it in and explained the situation, and the owner Scott told me it could be done but it had to be hand sewn as I had thought. To do this he said he charges by the hour because of how time consuming and arduous the job was. He said he could complete it in 1.5 hours and that it would be $125; a price in my opinion that is definitely reasonable for hand sewing, especially for complicated pieces. He said it should be ready in under a week, and to my surprise it was ready in just 5 days. I picked it up late because I was busy and Scott took the time to explain to me the work that was done, and even gave me a tip on the thread that was used by the manufacturer. He even sewed back on the plastic gems that were loose free of charge! Thank you Scott and your team for fixing one of my favorite jackets! I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for a few years and the service has consistently been good. The staff is always very friendly and engaging. The quality of the work is v good... do they sometimes miss a spot? Sure - it happens with every dry cleaners sometimes. But u bring the garment back and they'll try again. This business is the real deal: it's not just a transfer station for pickup and drop off... lots of good work takes place here. I brought in 4 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of slacks. From the moment I came in I was treated very kindly and sent into a room to put on my first pair. I was given fantastic advice on how I should handle my alterations. The pricing was very fair considering the work being done. I picked up my items and tried them on before leaving and everything looked fantastic. I had 2 pairs of jeans hemmed, 2 pairs tapered, and 1 pair tapered and hemmed. They even patched a hole for me which looked great! I was very pleased with the work and everyone was incredibly kind. I dropped it off on a Saturday and was told it would be ready almost 8 days later but got a text 3 days later that it was done! Top notch quality and service. 10/10 would recommend read more
