My visit was with. Dr. Kaufman. He immediately recommended surgery for a soft tissue injury in my…read moreright foot. My foot nor my toe were mishapened in anyway. I was surprised. Stated he would have to shorten the bone in my toe. We agreed to give it a month and reconvene. The 2nd visit he reinforced his surgical recommendation, stating i would be non-weight bearing for at least a month...wot?? I asked about prosthetics he stated it would be more than the surgery (his nurse/assistant, Mary, was not present during the visit). He then proceeded to state that I was going through "the change". I was appalled and angry. He started discussing neighbors he played tennis with in Florida. I concluded the visit and went to a different doctor. This doctor advised a shoe insert to support my toe. Told me to give it 1 year. That was 2 years ago. My foot is fine. No more problems. Surgeons wanna do surgery. Oh and very dismissive and disrespectful. Shame on you Dr. Kaufman trying to gaslight a patient.

Unprofessional, defensive, and completely unethical. I came to this clinic for a specialist opinion…read moreregarding a clear workplace injury. From my first visits, I presented the doctor with a distinct swelling and heaviness behind my knee that started right after the injury. During my second visit, right before he ordered the second MRI, he physically examined the swelling with his own hands and suggested it might be a lipoma rather than a Baker's cyst. Because my pain temporarily subsided but the heavy swelling remained, we moved forward with that second MRI.When I returned to address the persistent swelling, the doctor completely denied his own physical findings from that second exam, claiming he 'had no documentation' of it and gaslit me by suggesting the swelling magically appeared after the first MRI. When the second MRI came back clear of a cyst or lipoma, instead of doing his job as a specialist to investigate the actual physical trauma, he dismissively told me, 'This is just how your body looks, it's a cosmetic issue and not my job.'When confronted with facts, his attitude became incredibly toxic, arrogant, and defensive. He told me to 'go find another doctor' if I didn't like his opinion and demanded 'proof' that the swelling was from the injury--ignoring the fact that he was the one treating the injury from day one! To make matters worse, his unprofessional behavior continued even as I was leaving the office. Avoid this doctor at all costs if you expect clinical accountability, accurate documentation, or basic human respect."

Called early in morn and received no answer of any kind. We arrived at noon, and learned they close at 11am on Saturdays. They do not have operating hours listed on their website, nor do they have an instructional answering message. Had they answered our phone call we would have known and not wasted a trip, or arrived earlier. Ironic thing is they advertise themselves as specializing in "weekend athlete sports injuries" -- but yet they're closed almost all weekend... go figure. Aside from this fiasco, I would have expected a positive experience again, though I ended up seeing a different specialist.

He had fallen off the bed and split open his scalp. Needed several staples. We were taken back immediately and were finished within 1 hour. Most of the time was hold a numbing gel on my son's wound to make the stapling less painful. Great job. Would definitely go back again.
