Using Lillet and executing it with that level of gourmet precision tells you everything you need to know about the bar program. What I appreciated most was the mellow, "grown-up" vibe. The house-controlled music stays at a coffee-house volume, making it the perfect spot for actual, laid-back conversation. At times I felt like I was eating more dry rub than chicken. The rub comes off very salty - which I liked. It didn't have an after taste burn - which I also liked. The Draft Room held a "Dark as Night" event which they featured some rare, highly rated stouts. They listed the stouts and after doing some review research, I knew I couldn't miss out! The bar has seating at the bar, small tables near the bar, and bigger tables/booth near the front of the bar. There is a small narrow outside patio, which looked mainly for smoking. I'm not sure if there are tables out there maybe when the weather is nice. The Draft Room had a ton of taps and offered flights, full beer pours, and even half beer pours for all their beers. I love this idea because sometimes I would rather have a smaller portion to try more things! The bartenders were fast and efficient. Since my husband and I both opted to do a flight, they handed us a board with four holes for the flight glasses, and a piece of chalk. The drafts are listed by number, and posted on each side of the bar. We wrote the number of the drafts we wanted to try on the chalk board paint next to each of the drink holes. What a cool idea! There was a cooler of take home beers on the side of the bar. I saw multiple people coming in and buying beer from the cooler and leaving. They have a great selection! Beware they are not knowledgeable in gluten allergies. Every-time I've dined with a GF guest who requested no gluten or pita, they're gifted a pita on their food and have to wait another 15 minutes to get a new dish. They also did not substitute the included side of pita with a different GF side. The entrees are a great size, but they need some love (and salt and garlic). The seafood Alfredo was more like an Aldente milk soup with a few tiny bits of bell peppers. However the seafood itself tasted great and was a perfect texture! Overall, check this place out, but stick to what they're known for; the amazing drinks, the juicy gyros, and exquisite atmosphere.
