I asked the clerk today if they ever have any receipt paper in the pumps and her reply, "We do. They jam." Apparently all the pumps jam. A lot. Maybe they should look at replacing the pumps or coming up with a better cover to not being able to provide receipts at the pumps. Avoid this place unless you want to waste time going inside for your receipt.

The locals or other visitors can't read because the signs say "Tesla or Charging Customers Only" and yet a bunch of idiots park their lifted trucks in front of the chargers blocking 2 spots frequently. The management does not care even though the sign warns of towing at the owners expense. It's also treated like a park and ride here. People park their cars all over the place and then just leave. The pumps are treated the same as the chargers because of no parking. People will pull up, park in front of a pump and not get gas, go inside for 20 minutes, come out and leave without getting gas while there's people waiting for a pump. Last time I was here I watched the cops do a drug bust right in the parking lot. Was crazy. K9 unit and everything. I don't know what's up with this location because Sheetz are usually pretty good but this one is dirty and poorly operated.

My experiences here are usually running in and grabbing road snacks, perusing the seasonal aisle, getting photos printed, stocking up on my favorite dupe makeup brands, grabbing a last-minute birthday/holiday card, and getting my vitamins and basic medical supplies and over the counter pharmaceuticals. I have noticed the drive-through line can get long, but I don't generally ever use their pharmacy so I can't speak on how functional that part of the store is. For photo printing, if you need help with the kiosk someone would absolutely help you, but the setup is so janky, it's easier to just download the app and send in your photos that way. They also struggle to keep a lot of the most popular makeup products in stock I've noticed lately. More than once I've needed a Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner and they're been completely out of stock for example. It doesn't help that their makeup aisle gets trashed pretty easily and it can be hard to find certain products sometimes. Ultimately, their makeup aisle is a lifesaver and generally does have a good variety of products stocked, but about 10% of the time it's a total let down. As far as vitamins and over-the-counter medicines go, they're usually not going to be the best price in town in my opinion unless you catch something specific on sale, but it is handy to have everything in one place. I'm able to stock up here as much as I do because their rewards system actually pays off, and they're constantly running a decent sale on something. My last experience at this location was getting my COVID-19 shot, and I had pretty mixed emotions about it. I booked my appointment online and saw they had several openings, and my brother called and was told they only had one opening and if he didn't take it he may have to wait several days until another appointment opened up. I immediately went online and changed my appointment time to 15 minutes after his so we could still carpool, and I'm sure it was an honest mistake somehow but it was pretty annoying. If anyone else is considering getting their vaccines at this location I absolutely recommend using the Walgreens website just in case. Otherwise, we got there filled out our paperwork, were informed they only distribute the Moderna vaccine (not our preference but it was fine), and got our shots in a tiny room off the side of the pharmacy. It was a little wild that the woman distributing our vaccines starting talking about how she hadn't gotten the vaccine yet because she wanted to wait until more testing was done and seemed to have a general distrust in the vaccine, but otherwise she was helpful and answered all our questions. Overall, I was impressed that I was able to make a next-day appointment to get my vaccine, but I just wish the process was set up more efficiently.

The wife of the owner is rude and will tell you they don't need your business...good, cause they won't be getting any more of ours. The business fought really hard to keep the Dollar General out of the Sheltontown area because they did not want any competition as they were more concerned with lining their pockets versus people in the area getting what they need at lower prices. I've been here a few times now. I went in looking for something that was out of stock at a chain farm store and found the same product (made in USA) at the same price. Surprised but happy. The chicken feed is comparable in price to some of the typical farm stores in town, but expensive compared to the price of the local livestock places. The convenience factor is higher though. A typical general store is like hoarder paradise: packed with crap, narrow aisles, but Moore's has the right balance. It's country and convenient without being overstuffed with useless, overpriced crap. In other words, they're catering to locals, not tourists, which is great.

don't go here in the morning times unless you want to feel inconvenienced and frustrated, or want…read moreto be shorted in your change. i've only had issues with a specific woman that works here and i've only ever seen here in the morning shifts. she's a bit older and has shoulder length white/gray hair. the first morning i went in and after making a transaction, needed to make another with a different payment source. when she turned around after the transaction was done, i had to tell her i needed to make another transaction. she then turned back around with a very disgusted look and asked "what else do you need". i get that gas stations and tobacco stores have to ID. i get looking younger may make the workers more prompted to check my id, however, being cut off mid sentence when im asking for nicotine products to be asked for my ID (as im clearly already reaching into my wallet to pull out). it's already annoying enough to be interrupted while im trying to pay someone money for a service but then to not even remember what i asked for and am almost given / and paid for the wrong product is even more frustrating and a waste of time at this point. fast forward to the very next morning, after giving the benefit of the doubt - i go in to see the same woman. i go to the register to pay for gas, only to notice i'm shorted .50 cents on my pump (paid cash) and the pump cuts off and tells me to see the cashier for the receipt. no i didn't go in to get my .50 cent because that is not worth getting into an argument over. however i've made my notes, and will NOT be returning.
