Wally installed wood floors well over a year ago. He and his team did a great job of what was done. He advised us to complete painting and touch up before the final light sanding and finishing coats were applied. When done and ready, we called Wally to schedule the completion. At first, he did call back but was tied up elsewhere. Eventually, he stopped returning calls and texts. We had to use another phone since he was not responding to my husband's phone(blocked?). Having finally reached him in January, he said he was too busy to call back in July or get another company, but offered no referral. We tried both. I got estimates between $18K and $8K. No one was willing to take on a job started elsewhere, with most of the work done.
Wally did a good job installing and staining about 1500 sq ft of wood floor. I rated him based on reliability and not having the common courtesy of returning business calls. read more
