I disagree with you and your organization because Oak Park Surgery Center and your incompetent billing department took a year to finalize my bill and when I would try to contact your billing department they ever would responded back to my phone calls so I would have to call back repeatedly. I am very satisfied with Oak Park Surgery Center. Front office staff were helpful and friendly. The nursing staff were accommodating and made sure I was comfortable through the whole rotator cuff surgery. I'm not a big YELP fan, but when it came to surgery I did my homework and investigated surgeons and Surgery centers. I saw a lot of low scores for Surgeons but then again a lot of people will complain for little reason. So do your homework. read more

I recently had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery at the Oak Park Surgery Center. Dr Weise was my surgeon and I can not say enough about him & the entire team. From the moment I walked in at "early thirty" the receptionist was informative and friendly. I proceeded to the back to prep for surgery and the team of nurses in the back were extremely comforting and made me feel if I was their only patient for the day. I will be doing my left hand with Dr. Weise in January and I can't imagine having the procedure any where else. Thank you Oak Park Surgery Center for helping me on the road to recovery. read more

On May 26, 2016 I had a second surgery on my right foot. Dr. Adams and the nursing staff were awesome, absolutely no complaints there. Dr Higa, sleep doctor, was very nice to talk with and made me totally at ease. The only problem I experienced was that I had a 930 am appt, I do not know the exact time I was taken to the back for prep, I am thinking noonish, over two hours sitting in the waiting room. My husband and I are disappointed that we did not receive a call advising of the back-up and asking if we would like to come in later than scheduled. That would have been the way to handle such a delay. This is the only reason for the two star. Had we been advised of the delay, or if their had not been a delay this would have beem a 5 star. read more

This by far is the worst surgery center that I have ever been to. My doctor's office scheduled my surgery here and I had nothing but problems. The front staff was so snotty and short with me and I almost canceled my surgery because of this. My surgery had to be rescheduled two times and I found out that the doctor who owns the surgery center put his patients into my surgery time and I had to find another day. Can you believe that sh@$#$%!!! The surgery center is so small and dirty and I am so glad I didn't get an infection afterward. Please stay away from this place!!!!!!!! read more

I just had cataract surgery last week at this amazing surgery center and I am very much looking forward to having my other eye done shortly at this facility. The whole experience with my surgeon, Dr. Higgenbotham and the incredible nursing staff, could not have been better. From the time I signed in with the intake receptionist, to the time I walked out the door, I felt very well cared for. The nurses explained all the pre-op procedures and put me at ease right away in explaining what they were doing, why they were doing it and answered all my questions. I felt at ease immediately. This is my second surgery. About 9 years ago I had knee surgery and the care at that time was also exceptional. I will be recommending Oak Park Surgery Center every chance I get! read more

Do you not have a wheel chair? Had my disabled, sedated son WALK to the car following cataract surgery. Unacceptable.
