Appointments are never rushed, and every time I walk in, she is on top of my previous appointments, symptoms, test results, etc. In other words; she does her homework, takes the time to know her patients and genuinely seems to care. I have been doing very well since under her treatment, and pretty much, all credit goes to her her for keeping me ambulatory these past few years. Initially, I was probably not the best patient. As likely true with most any drug(s)/treatment, sometimes they can come along with a certain amount of risk for some nasty, sometime serious side effects. Dr Moodie has always made me aware of this--and not once was I pressured, or rushed into making a decision on any particular treatment. She always gave me the facts, urged me to look into it, and I was the one who ultimately who made the decision. I'd highly recommend her, and hope she never relocates.

* Foundation Neurology put in the wrong billing code twice for my boyfriends EMG test. I have…read moremedical reimbursement (TASC) that would have paid the deductible they billed of over $300 had the billing office submitted the bill right the first time. It took almost 8 months for them to get the adjusted bill and never contacted us that this issue was occurring until we randomly received the bill in the mail. TASC declined to pay due to the new bill being outside of the benefit year and have to follow IRS guidelines. * Had the billing office submitted this correctly to TUFTS we would not be in this predicament. They have now sent the account to collections and refuse to write the bill off or even agree to a reasonable settlement. They have been extremely rude, unhelpful and treating us as if we did something wrong. In the 10 years I have had TASC I have NEVER had an issue where a medical provider made an error in submitting a bill to insurance. I highly suggest staying away from this office.
