Even the vase was different than the picture off their website and the bow wasn't purple either. When my mom called their excuse was that tulips weren't in season. Well then they shouldn't have been available for purchase. They sent a different arrangement instead of the refund I asked for. They were just as ugly as the first ones. I was very upset considering those was 50 dollar flowers and both were extremely ugly and neither were purple which is my mom's favorite color. I called them multiple times to ask for a refund but they never answered. I left a message but never got a call back. I also sent an email two weeks ago and still haven't heard of anything. How unprofessional to mess up someone's order and then ignore your customers about it. This is a sad excuse for a flower shop as well as a sad excuse for employees.
