Very excellent service, I had two special requests for my delivery. Deliver before 12:00 PM and hand directly to my girlfriend. I wasn't sure if they would be able to or not considering it is the 13th of February and they likely have lots of orders right now, but they delivered at 11:00 AM and handed the flowers to her. Young's Florist did my wedding flowers, and throughout the whole process The whole staff was very helpful. Derek was the one who I worked with the most for my wedding and he was very attentive to all the details and offered suggestions I had not thought of. From the consultation to the my wedding day he provided me with excellent service, and helpful advice, and answered any questions I had. When he brought my wedding Bouquet and flowers that day, I was amazed my whole vision came to life. It was exactly what I wanted and more!! They were gorgeous! He has expertly made several arrangements for me, from table centerpieces to a casket spray, and every time it is exactly what I wanted. Always on time, professional, and priced right. I purchased a Teleflora arrangement directly through the Young's Florist (Kernersville, NC) site. The basic version of the arrangement that I picked cost $42.95. I upgraded to a deluxe version for $20.00 more. The recipient sent me a photo of what they received. Though pretty, it was definitely the BASIC version not the DELUXE. I can only guess that they just pocketed the $20 assuming that no one would know the difference since it was an out-of-town order. They also charged $11 delivery fee for 1 1/2 mile delivery location. Upon ordering, I figured that was just the way it was, but to add that to the $20 they were stealing from me made it an even more glaring theft. I've attempted several times to email them (the confirmation email is the same as what is on their website) and also emailed Teleflora. Teleflora said they could not help since I'd made the order on the Young's site even though it was for a Teleflora item and the site clearly states that it was Teleflora. Poor business quality and poor customer service on Young's and Teleflora's part. read more

I went in to order my daughter's wedding bouquet. I showed them a picture of what she wanted and they were really good about letting me know what would and wouldn't work. I have used Young's Florist for over 25 years and never been disappointed. They have done small corsages to funeral arrangements for me. When I call they make suggestions and offer advice on what can and cannot be done. My expectations are always met. Never been so embarrassed in my entire life. I ordered an arrangement for my favorite aunts funeral and the bouquet that was delivered was so small it was just pathetic. What I ordered was supposed to be 12" high by 13" wide and what was delivered was barely 6" high by 6" wide!! I was charged $97 for something that shouldn't have been more than $40. If the florist had been open I'd have taken the arrangement back to them. Unfortunately, I'm from out of town and couldn't stay until Monday to return the flowers. read more

Ordered flowers for my mom's service from Young's florist. Went in the store and explained exactly what we wanted. Took pictures for arrangement to go on the Urn table and identified a picture in one of their catalogs for flowers to be placed on pedestals beside the Urn table. My sister and I went to the service location to drop off some things 3 1/2 hours before the service and found that the flowers on the pedestals were not as we had requested. We called the florist back immediately, and they told us it was too late for them to do anything. Didn't offer to make it right. Will not use this florist again. read more

I have used Young's Florist before for small arrangements and have always been pleased. So when my daughter decided to get married they were the only ones we called. We had a meeting and described what we wanted. We showed them pictures and the containers we were using. They ask questions, gave us suggestions and we had a nice discussion.
