He and his assistant are true professionals, and they made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I am in my mid 60's and my jaw locks up if I have to keep my mouth open too long. Dr. French made sure I was able to rest my jaw every five minutes or whenever he felt I needed a break. I highly recommend Dr. French for any dental issue you may have as he has a great personality and bedside manner, and he is very gentle too.

I was then told to wait in the green room to go over pricing. Waited 10 minutes and I was told to go up front to meet Brianna. She asked if I have insurance advised I do. She then says the system is down so unable to give a quote??? If I had known the first appointment is for an assessment of your teeth/gums only, I would not have come here. They did not clean my teeth. Quite disturbing and odd. She stated she would give me a call when the system is up to go over pricing. Does not look like I will be back. I have had a few small mix-ups with scheduling and billing over the years. We have a primary and a secondary dental insurance - which can make billing a bit tricky. But the issues were quickly rectified when brought to the front desks attention and they were nice about it. I will admit, the front desk could use some work on follow-up and billing. But I don't go to a dental practice for the front desk. I go for the dentist, her work, her expertise, her bedside manner, her professionalism, and the cleanliness of the office.
