There are some amazing reviews on here and I can honestly say, 5 's is NOT enough for Suwanee Orthodontics. My family and I LOVE everything about this place. Dr. Kim is extremely attentive, very personable, and I'm certain he's the best at what he does. That being said, I would be remiss if I didn't mention his AMAZING staff. My family loves his staff. Everyone is so friendly and Ashley is the very BESTTTTTT at what she does. My family and I have been coming here for some time now and if I'm being completely honest, she's the reason we booked our first appointment when we did and why we look forward to every single office visit. So, if you aren't happy with your current smile, I urge you to contact Suwanee Orthodontics for a consultation. You won't find a better Orthodontist than Dr. Kim. My issues with this place are as follows: 1) The staff is VERY dishonest. They care more about locking you into a contract versus going over the treatment plan before you sign a contract. I would caution anyone to avoid signing a contract before you discuss and review the actual treatment plan. 2) The language in the "contract" seems more about the money and a bunch of CYA (if you are familiar with that statement) to avoid liability from doing a poor job on the outcome of the condition of the patient's teeth. 3) Some of the staff are rude, callous, and racist towards other groups. I saw this with one of the foreign doctors as well as the treatment coordinator. Those people need to realize that they are not a desired groups as evidenced by the current administration in office.
