We placed our daughter in AHCC at 2.5 years old and she grew exponentially in the 2 years she was with this center. In my opinion, the biggest accomplishment they help us achieve was stable potty training at such a young age. We were working on potty training and they were paramount in getting her to recognize need to go the bathroom and succeed in the task. Another aspect of AHCC that my wife and I loved was how awesome the entire staff is and how constructive they were to our daughter's growth. They were kind, caring, and respectful. They excelled in helping build personal and social relationships with my daughter and her friends. They instill in the littles everything that it means to be a good person and they give them the skills to be able to move on to the next step. They have fun water days when it's hot and also got to go on small trips such as touring the fire station next door. We wish we could have kept our daughter another year but she was approved for a dual immersion TK class in the local school district and unfortunately had to leave. We could not pass up that opportunity. Our daughter would not be ready for public school without AHCC and for that we are eternally grateful. The pricing is reasonable and the results are tremendous. We plan to continue to have a good relationship with AHCC as they have become somewhat family and plan to support them whenever we can. I can't speak highly enough of Azure Hills Children's Center and if you have any questions or concerns, they will glad-fully help in any way. The teachers here were very understanding about that fact and did everything they could to help him advance his development. It's been two years and our son is doing so much better! There's been so much improvement! He talks now, although not fluently but it's so much better than how he started off. There is so much kindness from all the staff from the very beginning when they walked us through the enrollment and waitlist to the end where we are sad to go, and all the in between. It is worth every penny to know your children are well taken care of when they are away from you, and we have had this every day here. Sorry to say this place is not great. I know they have had some turnover in school leadership and…read moreso perhaps have weeded out some of the bad seeds but there were various bad seeds when my child was there. Overall, there was a lack of passion for teaching and love for the children. The location was more of a daycare where they keep your child alive than teach them love. Teachers did not play with children. You could just see that they didn't love their jobs. I witnessed a few book reading times and singing times where teachers sung with dead eyes and flat voices conveying that they were just going through motions. I feel like a bad parent for subjecting my child to this place. I caution any parent considering this school to visit and pay really close attention to all interactions between the teachers, the leadership and the children. Don't just base your decision on your discussion with them. If, when you see the above dynamic show itself, move along to any one of the other great preschools in Redlands. IMPORTANT NOTE: Most of other reviews are old and were posted in a close timeline indicating that possibly at one point they had a campaign to get reviews which speaks to the lack of credibility of those reviews.
