Well I am updating my review and de-escalating and demoting this business. Why? Because when they…read morewere a starting up business in July they were sooo affable willing to do whatever you wanted etc. Now this person Shannon who is the wife of owner is changing up pricing every single time by not abiding by original quotes for lawn mowing, leaf blowing, etc. She's very confused or money hungry if not both. She upped the original price for mowing and blowing leaves in November until I straightened her out and she text me back and concurred with what I told her price that was actually quoted so she acquiesced and told me it would be the price I said. NOW yet again she's playing games and upping the price (I guess now that they have more business) and I flatly told her NO! She's gonna lose a lot of business for her husband I'm sure,! Unethical at best, dishonest at worst! Finding someone more stable, upstanding and forthright.
