This woman did absolutely nothing, they charged me $60 per dog. They charge $42 for ear test on one of my dogs and they charged me for nails and anal glands which I'm not disputing but when I went in thereand I ended up paying a lot of money to this person and she did absolutely nothing. I don't think I should be paying them this amount and I think they're the worst vet I've ever been to in my entire life. I want $200 of my money back and I'm not going settle for anything else. I called and they told me to bring him in and drop him off right away; they would fit him in that day. I could come back at the end of the day to check status and get an update. I came in around 5 and they had lots of info for me; and let me know Dr. Rose's treatment plan. Dr. Rose even came out to explain her findings. I worked out the schedule for return, medication, and payment with the front desk. It was a very simple process. I had to bring him back in weekly and then bi-weekly until his leg healed. I followed Dr. Rose's treatment plan and she helped me to avoid surgery for my little guy. That was wonderful news. In response to the negative reviews: What I have found is that this is a busy clinic so plan to drop off your cat and return later in the day. If it is an emergency where you need to stay for a bit to determine outcome they will accommodate you or refer you to the Emergency Clinic. Dr. Rose will always be straightforward with you and transparent. If you are expecting a human office visit where you get results and information immediately or within 15 minutes of seeing the doctor-- your expectations may not be met. I don't know how many other injured or extremely sick patients she has, so I don't expect to be first; I will wait my turn. I appreciate how Dr. Rose works to take care of all of her patients timely, so I recognize I am not going to stand around like a piece of the furniture decor and wait on an answer. I expect it may take a few hours. If I don't get a call back, I know if I come to the clinic around 5, they will have answers for me shortly. Don't be frustrated, be patient. She has a method to her care and triage of the kitties and I assure you-- she will give the best care she can. I trust her with my kitties; she has always taken great care of them. As far as the cost-- Dr. Rose is very reasonable. And she oversees all of the treatments being administered. I appreciate how honest she is with her pricing. If you're on a limited budget make for sure to tell the office staff that you're of limited funds so to please make sure to let you know if anything costly will be done beforehand or if there are alternatives for your pet ahead of time. This will help with sticker shock, especially if there is something costly that you weren't expecting. I find The Cat Clinic and Dr. Rose to be a hidden gem in the area-- one of the people who practice their craft because of pure love and dedication to her patients. She is not out to become rich. She is here because she loves felines and she surrounds herself with an inner circle of staff who share that love. Being able to do what she loves while helping local people, employing local people, and making a difference in the feline world. But this is my perception of her based on my interactions with her.
