The odd part is that the answer I received was was surprisingly dismissive, as it was focused on alleged user-error on my part. That's a tough pill to swallow given the fact that I work in a computing field. It's also very strange given my history with the business (setting up this exact Yelp page, for one) As a point of principle, I don't resort to directing criticism to Yelp, but ownership made themselves unavailable to a discussion at the time.
