Traveling to Yosemite, I needed to print out my 4th grader's National Parks pass (NPS does not accept the digital page, you must have a printed paper which is weird!), and this shop took care of it for me just a few minutes before they closed. This place is fantastic! Okay, the DMV stuff is expensive but thats just California for you... but the help they provide is excellent. The ladies here are so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, outgoing. They saved us a ton of hassle, time, gas, and driving by helping us get our out of state vehicle tags/license plate, as well as the paperwork for the other vehicle that we needed, and an info sheet about how to apply online for our Real ID's & what to take to the dmv with us. On top of that we hade multiple forms we needed to sign & have notarized. We took care of all of this today! There are SO many services inside this one tiny shop. Definitely give them a call before driving anywhere farther like mariposa, madera, or fresno. read more

Best service available. Forget dmv. They did vin check , title change , registration, and gave me plates on my dream 55 Chevy bel air I purchased in Nevada and was stressed about getting registered in CA. No wait. In and out 25 min. They don't charge enough for the service they provide! Thank you . read more

It is good that you provide so many services in one building, but I think the statement that the community has to travel too far for them is misleading. There are 2 other established businesses that provide most of these services, and both of them along the highway and easily accessible. read more

Recently visited this jewel of a business and handled three different items in one stop. Had to get fingerprints(live scan) which was better priced than others and made 500 color copies of a flyer as well as addressed a DMV concern. All they need is an espresso stand and this place would have it all. Great service, super friendly and super helpful. Thumbs up for Sierra Global Tech! read more

She does not save any…read morecopies as a Paralegal of the documents she prepares, so we were unable to obtain a schedule attachment as referenced in the Trust, my Mother's social security number was listed incorrectly and it has created a huge legal issue in trying to satisfy the disbursement of her assets upon my Mother's death. Gail does not answer the phone and her voicemail is always full. My advice is RUN, don't walk, but RUN away from this service provider and if she has already prepared your documents. Get another set prepared by a reputable legal attorney. I guarantee the set prepared by Gail is wrong.

I'm writing this review for my mother and myself…read more My mom had a trust drafted by Gail Wind last year and ended up needing to amend it. So we found someone local willing to do it for a really decent price. We brought the documents completed by Gail for the legal document preparer to look over. She was aghast at how vague and ambiguous the legal jargon was and there were so many mistakes such as pages notarized that didn't need to be notarized and areas where it required two impartial witnesses to a signature and only Gail signed as a witness. The original trust was so bad that it was questionable whether it would actually stand up in court as a legal document. Our new document preparer said she could not in good conscious leave it the way it was and offered to redo EVERYTHING, even adding a pour-over will, for practically nothing. The two documents ended up being like night and day and I would not recommend Gail to anyone. I called her once regarding another matter and she was so rude I couldn't believe it. My mother also expressed how rude she felt Gail was when she had the trust done. If I could give zero stars I would.

Anytime I've asked him to explain a project or send pictures, he is helpful in doing so. Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.
