Five stars for a smog DMV service station... what the helli?…read more My car didn't pass smog initially. Turns out I had tear in my air-intake hose. They showed me the broken part and even did a quick demo, pointing out how to remove the part for fast replacement. They also mentioned this was pretty common in older model Hondas. Since I had already paid; they said get the part replaced, come back, and I could basically skip the line to get the test done. I replaced the part myself, which I'm pretty proud of, came back the next day and then my battery died... what the f@%k?! - NOTE: If your battery dies, the car computer has to reset. Which means you need to drive around for at least 50-miles. I did this, came back, they slide me in, and finally passed smog! The staff here was super patient, helpful, and very understanding to my situation. Beyond registration they also replace key fobs for cars and can cut new car keys as well.

If they don't take new cars after 4:30 they should change their hours. This is ridiculous considering I got off of work early to make their 5pm cutoff. They didn't have other cars in the garage either. Only one car which they finished at 4:45pm then closed their garage doors. This is a clean place which I appreciate but not taking cars 25-30 minutes before closing is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Grabbed my nachos came back and they only had one mechanic available with a new 25 minute wait time. As I was about to leave the beautiful woman named Nelly who originally qouted me the 15 minute quote offered to do it while she was still eating i felt like crap as i begged her not to but she insisted. She got up and grabbed my keys and was done 2 to 3 minutes before her prediction. Amazing. I wish I could tip her or order her a new lunch. We will see what the future holds. I owe her big time.
