I was debating on how to rate this place honestly and fairly from a customer's perspective...here goes! Selection is good and prices are comparable to other places in the area. No issues there and I would rate this place as 4 stars in this category. OTOH, customer service needs serious improvement for me to return. I hate to say that about a local business as I always try to shop local, but I would rate customer service as 1 star. The fellow with the beard is who I am talking about. they are the worst un-trust worthy equipment falling apart rent something and the price changes when you bring it back rude and un businesslike. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Let's just say if I could leave out the stars or give a minus that would be the case, but in order to write a review I have to put one. After returning the equipment to them they almost double charge & when I called to ask as to why, he got confrontational & rude, he told me there was a $200 charge for fuel? Did he go to Mars to get the fuel as to why what he said was 10 gallons of fuel would cost that much? Upon receiving the equipment we were told, "U lucked out. The customer prior to u filled the gas cans even though they didn't have to, u probably won't even need to get gas." I mentioned this to the guy on the phone & he said his driver would not say that. To make a long story short what took place was fraudulent, their prices are not great & the service is even worse afterwards. I would expect better from a local business, especially while trying to support local first. I moved up this way to get away from hotheaded city folk. smh read more

I have been doing business there for over a couple of years now. Besides renting equipment they have a big assortment of feed for cattle to hummingbirds. They also have plumbing supplies, livestock supplies and medicine. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bootjack Rental and Feed. I love going there just to look at what they have there. read more

I made a reservation to rent a tractor for a Saturday 9AM pickup. Hitched up my trailer and drove down their yard at 9AM. Was then told the tractor I reserved was rented out to someone else earlier. The big problem was I had scheduled two dump truck loads of road base to be dumped on the driveway road that day. They told me I could pick up the tractor on Sunday. So I rescheduled the dump truck delivery for Sunday. Bootjack Rental called me back and said they would call me when the tractor was returned. Waited until 10AM and no phone call. Called them and it was not there yet. They called the person who had the tractor and he decided to keep it until Monday. So had to cancel the road base delivery completely. DON'T RELY ON BOOTJACK RENTAL! read more
