Adam and the Nerd Rangers saved almost everything for me on a 5TB drive. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I'd called a couple services that would have needed me to mail off the drive and they quoted me much higher rates as their minimums. I'm so glad I found Nerd Rangers. They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Happy to report that I've run multiple games with zero crashes and everything is running fine. The level of service, detailed questions and customer care was excellent. Thanks Adam!

Even though I did not buy the equipment from innovative concepts they had no hesitation about hooking up my speakers. Within 30 minutes(probably less) Calvin called and asked questions and his demeanor was calm and reassuring. The Chicago Can't Do is not in the vocabulary with Calvin. He came in and hooked up my speakers and 2 subwoofers and calibrated them. He knows what he's doing. He had to go to Walmart and get a wire for one of the amps. He did so with no complaints. Then we tested the speakers. The sound quality was amazing. Of course watching movies was the main purpose for the new receiver and speakers. I had to try out music. I cued up Love to Love You by Donna Summers. Calvin tweeked my receiver to play stereo when playing music. This was like being in a club with a great sound system. The sound quality was absolutely amazing for an Apple Music song. The price was reasonable. And the service excellent. Calvin recommended getting a 2 channel amp to maximize my systems capabilities. This saved me 1500 dollars because he was praising the virtues of Marantz receivers and I was ready to buy in my next pay check. Then he thought about it and recommended the 2 channel amp even though I had been willing to buy the expensive receiver. This shows that Calvin and his company are trustworthy.

The issue was that even though I had a McAfee VPN, the malware had created a entryway and prevented the complete McAfee suite of products from loading. He downloaded some recommended applications, quarantined the malware which enabled me to complete the security installation. Then he simply removed the hard drive and put it in an external bay for my laptop to retrieve the data. It worked because the hard was not damaged. It was the system that was corrupt. He went ahead to try to reinstall the system on a used hard drive he asked me to buy from him but failed. He said that the old bios would not allow him to use a bootable USB and he did not have a CD with him. He then told me to throw away the PC and would buy a used one off the lease from him. I did not. I told him that I would rather buy a new hard drive and he could take his used hard drive with him. Then he left. I wrote him a check for the service plus the used hard drive he was supposed to sell to me and could not change it. He then gave me a used external hard drive bay (no hard drive) as compensation. I then checked on eBay and the computer he told me to throw away was selling at $799 for a refurbished one. It was a full size intel 16 g, 1 t, HDMI, DVI, memory card reader, double layer DVD ... many expansion bays ...
