Anyone who works with documents knows that touch and feel on a keyboard and pad is very important in order to have confidence when fast typing. Being thoroughly dissatisfied with the repair, I took the computer to this place for a diagnosis. In the process of transferring data from a new computer, using an external drive, the external hard drive crashed with ALL of my pictures on it, in addition to the easy transfer file. I have an Alienware 17 R2 which was having performance issues - like major and sudden FPS drops in games. I realized it was due to increase in CPU temp. I took it to Angelo to clean the air vents internally, but Angelo educated me about the Thermal paste - had no idea about it. He changed the old layer for a new one and cleaned the vents as well, and voila - my CPU temps are down to 55-65 C even during gaming, and my games are running buttery smooth! He was able to fix my computer within the same day. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and picked it up 4:30 PM in the same day. The problem was my macbook pro was unable to charge.
