My most recent visit, I lucked out because one of my favorite shirts was on sale. I went a little crazy and bought it in three different colors. The pricing here is very budget friendly. The service is always great here. They're attentive and friendly. I giggled as I read my old review before writing this new one. Again, I talked about my dog and showed pictures to the sales associate. No frisbee this time, but I like chatting with dog lovers. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. The sales people in the store said that their dressing rooms were closed because they were closing in 30 minutes and I would have to buy whatever jeans I wanted to try on and go outside the store to the public bathroom. Try them on and then come back and return one. I did that, came back in plenty of time and when the sales person was giving me credit for the one I did not want, he returned both of them and then sold me one. Most likely so that he could get stored credit for the sale. He also failed to give me my military discount. Now I have to come all the way back in to correct it. Very poor customer service. Definitely not the value I was looking for in customer service.

It was a pleasure to shop here compared to West County Mall where it's so crowded you can't see anything. They do not have the active wear selection that the Offline store has but they have everything else. I'll be back here again and again!
