Recently discovered this store. They have a great selection of designer resale handbags in all price points. Fancy purses aren't really my thing, but they also have resale designer shoes, and new cute boutique clothing and accessories which I love. Been here many times and always happy with the variety and pricing, but had quite an issue a few weeks ago. My aunt came in town from Chicago and got a lovely pink purse. She hadn't even had a chance to use it and the handle started to fall apart. We know all sales are final but this was clearly a faulty handbag. The manager was not helpful and told us to contact the coach Outlet store and so we went there. We were told this purse is 4 years old and unfortunately they won't be able to help us. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Unfortunately we won't be back because of it. read more

This place is full of it. They claim everything is on sale when in reality, they are charging triple the price that they bought something at. Making the sale markup look like they're bringing something down. A lot of the bags are dirty and disgusting. They are trying to sell knock off Louis Vuitton Tumblr cups and adding cut, possibly fake canvas to hats. read more

Bought a purse in a clearance bin for $25. Looked great but when I went to use it, the zipper came apart. Looked like it had been fixed and broke again. When I called the store they said they would not credit me the money even to get something else. She said that's why they were getting rid of those purses, because there was something wrong with them. You would think they would at least tell you what the problem was with the purse before you spent money on something you could never use. The sale sign should have read FAULTY PURSES. Very disappointed in the customer service. Your better off going to Dillards when they have their sales. read more

You can trade in your old purses, jewelry, furs, shoes and even gift cards from other stores. Not only do they have a fabulous selection but they have incredible customer service too. I just happened to see this storefront when visiting the salon next door. I am only in town from Central Florida for a long weekend. I am so happy I decided to investigate. There were so, so, so many beautiful options! Of course, at the price and quality there and guaranteed authenticity, I bought 4 pairs of shoes -- all gorgeous -- one being a pair of Christian Loubutin at only a tiny fraction of its true value. Red bottoms well intact. Clearly only worn once or twice. Also ... If anyone is looking for a new bag, then this is "bag heaven". Another very negative interaction between the owner of this business and a black friend of mine. I don't think she liked it when he said, "We gotta be really careful in here. These "blacks" will steal you blind." The most humorous thing is, my black friend is the niece of a very influential family here in the city. I suppose it is OK to offend the LGBT and the African American communities ....all in the same week! read more

This store is great. If you like designer bags but don't want to pay store prices this is the place. She has gently used coaches and more in almost new condition. She has some jewelry, shoes and more as well. All the different colors spoke to my OCD personality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

Google reviews Karen Kaufmann I had a watch battery installed on a Fossil watch that was in excellent condition. When I picked it up the watch was not set which I thought was odd but the second hand was moving so I didn't think anything about it. The owner did say that he had a hard time with it and occasionally he gets a hard one to replace. When I tried to set the time on the watch the next morning the pin came right out. I called and the woman I spoke with told me to bring it in. When I got there the owner denied that he had done anything but replace the battery. That is difficult for me to believe. And why would I have a battery installed on a watch that was broken? My advice, do not use this store for watch batteries. Use a reliable jewleler that will stand behind their work.
