Hit or miss with the staff too. Some locations, the staff comes off as pretentious and makes me want to immediately leave. Unfortunately that was the treatment I got this past weekend from a woman. There was a man probably early 20s who greeted me out. Another time I was here I was picking up a vest and playfully was made fun of for getting it during the summer. Staff members write your name in chalk on the door of the fitting room when you go on to try clothes and will grab different sizes for you if you need! That being said, clothes here are definitely on the pricier end (shorts for $36, tops $50s, dresses from $70-120s) but the dresses are really good quality. There is a section towards the back that is clearance/sale where you can find stuff significantly marked down (from $78 down to like $30). However these are often XS or XL sizes.

I headed in on a Saturday and wow, they were busy! The line moved fairly quickly and I got my items returned, looked at a few things I had seen online that were nice to see in person, and was on my way. I will definitely be back! My only complaint is there was no Aerie merch at this location!
