The worse place to take your loved one. This place is understaffed, dirty, old, and smells like urine and death! Management does not care about your family member. All they care about is getting paid. To this day they are still billing me $1900 for the miserable days my mom stayed there!!!! My mom was there for one week because we could not get a place fast enough to take her out, but we visited or had a care giver we paid for , visit her daily! She was found on floor several times sleeping, she was found by herself lost in a remote area of memory care, she fell and had bruises and we were never notified (they denied it), she was not given medications on time, she was not fed on time, and their food is awful! Her toilet was non- functional for 3 days and after multiple calls they took their time to fix it. They did not assist with changing clothes, checking briefs, bathing, ensuring she went to bed at night, or meals. They did not have activities to keep residents busy and stimulated. My mom was just ignored, with other residents including men, barging into her room-- no staff around. Local Manager Rene coped an attitude if you complained, and corporate office would not return calls. Mind you we almost paid over $4300 a month for this!! I cannot believe this place has a license to be open- I will complain to the state. Please-- DO NOT bring your loved one here, they will be uncared for, ignored, left in a corner like an animal- until they die. Shame on these people and corporate! read more
