You check in at the Days Inn which from the outside looked like it was abandoned, weeds and broken rocks everywhere. They did have a catch and release pond, a playground, and a pool which my family did not use because it was dirty. The park also had leaks everywhere which we had to drive around. I hope they can get the help they need to make improvements because this could be a beautiful park. There are lots of trees and it has a lot of potential.

The owners have all the rights and you have no rights at all and everything they say goes that's pretty much what I read in the contract not a tree limb shall be touched or a flower taken from the ground without permission I've watched the Park manager on everybody's property, taking pictures of everything looking through their windows basically I feel like she was just feeling everybody out to see who she could go after for more money and who she can't prolly whos got an extra cat or two, it actually some days it feels like renting an apartment you have more rights, and maybe a bit of dignity and respect, I had a condo and this park is more like a hoa deal. My daughter calls and asks about the 1st home and at 1st he was all nice and telling her the home is available. But then she asks him why he told me that it wasn't available?! He hung up on her. Told me that I needed to fill out an application but never sent it to me.. After numerous calls Ashley from the corporate office calls me back and tells me she will look into it and she will email me an application (that still hasn't happened). Ashley also told me that she reached out to Katie the community manager and that Katie would call me back. That hasn't happened. I emailed Ashley regarding this.. but now ironically Ashley never touched base with Katie and they have no homes open or available! However I had someone else call and inquire about open and available homes and they have 2 homes open and available! I wonder what it is about my money that they don't want? I asked to have the owner give me a call.. This place is truly stupid if they think this along with copies of Ashley's emails aren't going to be blasted all over social media! He charges $4.51 rent on your meter, the water meters are five years old!!!! I paid $272.00 so far on a $150.00 dollar water meter!! Which is ridiculous, he also charges $5.00 because someone is flushing washcloths and toys ECT. Down the toilets plus he charges $125.00 if your meter is frozen!! "I don't own this meter!!" He is punishing good and loyal residents !!!! now I got a water bill for $136.00 called the company which they are very rude !! told me I had to paid the bill or get my water shut off or they will add it to my rent!! There are (no leaks) had it checked out by the park maintenance man and his partner checked it out (NO LEAKS) I also was gone for 9 days and shutting off my water !!! now ??? why do I have a large water bill?? Called the owner has not called me back it's been week now!!! He not willing to help you unless you pay him this out rages price to find out what's wrong WHY I am paying such a large water bill??? He wants to charge me a $100.00 dollars to find out what's wrong. If he finds nothing then I lose my hundred dollars plus pay the bill!! I had a tree fall on my trailer and was told it was my responsibility to have it repaired. The resulting water damage caused black mold turning my trailer into a health hazard. A DHS inspe ctor deemed the trailer uninhabitable. We beat a hasty retreat before it killed us. I would not even rate them 1 star!
