Ms. Annette really cares about the families who attend the school and she creates a positive environment for the kids. The Pre-K graduation was SO well done and the kids had a blast. I felt they went above and beyond and continue to create exciting things for the kids to look forward to (splash day, holiday parties, etc) Ms. Emmy, Ms. Perla, Ms. Maritza, Ms. Michelle and Ms. Diana are wonderful! My daughter comes home with stories of what she did with her teachers that day and it makes me happy knowing she is being well taken care of. We are so sad that our daughter will be leaving for Kindergarten but they have done an amazing job getting her ready!

When I picked him up he was still in that same diaper completely soaked. Was I asked the teacher how often she changes diapers she told me after 3 hours she puts the kids on the potty which I now is a lie. My son was standing in a corner of the room near the door whimpering when I picked him up I asked the supervisor how long he's been crying and how long has he been standing by the door? She said it hasn't been long since he's been crying and that he didn't wanna play with the other kids and he decided that he just wanted to stand by the door, which is absolutely not OK with me when there's a crying child. It's the responsibility of the staff. To comfort a child and make them feel like they are in a safe place this place is a disgrace the teachers obviously need more training and compassion and me training on how to handle children. The supervisor is heartless doesn't seem to care and is very very rude. I would not put my child in the center.

She was my daughter's teacher from pretty much the beginning. She was open and communicative. It was very clear that she LOVED children. It more than showed. I posted rave reviews about Ms, Adella and recommended WY to other mom's. As soon as we found out she was leaving, I started looking for new care. The management is incredibly disorganized. I've overheard the GM yelling at her staff in an incredibly inappropriate manner. 7 people quit in 2 months. They are understaffed. You never know who will be watching over your child any given day. Some of the remaining staff are really nice. Even with that being the case, I did not feel comfortable leaving my child here.

The school is beautiful and new and kept clean. Each class has a lot of natural light which is important to me. They have a cafeteria for the older kids and a technology room with fun activities. They also have many big outdoor spaces for the kids to play and each space is for a certain age group. The staff at both locations are the biggest reason that we love the prep. All of the teachers are welcoming, warm, friendly and smart! The pre k and kinder teachers have been great as well and seem like they take great pride in what they do! Lastly the administration staff is amazing and easy to talk to! I love them anD again am so grateful for these amazing people who take care of my precious babies!!

We were worried it was "too soon" and he "wasn't ready", but really it was us who were scared, our little boy LOVED the teachers and the other kids pretty much instantly. He's been there a year now and in the morning when we ask him if he wants to go to school he says "cool! cool!" (for school) and gets his PREP t-shirt and points to the letters on the front. He recognized that's his school shirt! I have to start at the top and say that the current manager there, Brittany, is hands down the best at her job (and we're talking now having seen her handle the pandemic shutdown and reopening and masks and all this craziness). Through it all, and all the personnel changes, Britanny never drops the ball when it comes to the care of the kids OR prompt responses to the parents with literally ANY concerns (for example, when my little one has a diaper rash problem for a few days, I literally call and ask them to put certain creams on in a certain order and then I'll even double check throughout the day and ask them to randomly check his diaper, etc etc - if you're reading this and think I'm crazy, you're not a mom :) - but seriously it's never even a bother. They're SO NICE at the front office. They totally understand my concerns and they TRULY want the kids to be happy. FACILITIES - clean (really clean!), new, modern TOYS - constantly introducing new toys/books/age-appropriate learning materials ACTIVITIES - they do SO MUCH stuff that I can't possibly even think of replicating at home. From outdoor play, to art projects, to sing-alongs and racing games... MANAGEMENT - just excellent. As I said, while some people have come and gone, everyone in the front office is always kind and responsive, and Brittany, the manager, runs a tight ship. I'm clearly overprotective (as you can tell by this review, I'm sure :) And I've never once had a situation where I thought Brittany wasn't 100% on it or ahead of it. TEACHERS - all have been really sweet! Again, some have been young college students here for the summer that went back to school, so there's some transition (which is totally normal for this business) but to their credit, from day one, all the teachers were really friendly and caring and responsive to my many many questions. (how long did my boy nap today?what did he eat? what are his favorite sing along songs? etc etc). Can't say I didn't like a single one. We literally had some very good reasons to MOVE out of state, and the top thing BOTH my husband and I instantly said was "not till all our kids finish daycare here! No way are we going to a different daycare". That's how strongly we feel that the PREP is just awesome...and our second kid will be starting there soon! If anything, wish I started them BOTH sooner..but you know, new mom guilt :)

We work up north, and live in the burbs these days but a decade ago, the gateway area was my home for a good while and going to whole foods, my dentist, and Panera were all my jam, so it was a pleasant find to see WorkCastle in my last shopping jaunt in this shopping plaza. We tried out a parents night out this month with them, and I was able to get a tour with Donaysia going thru a lot of details over email, quick replies to get me in and quell all my concerns about a new space for our 4 year old toddler to see and explore. I also got to meet Maya and Eugene - co-owners and husband and wife of the amazingness which is WorkCastle, and I loved their conversation and care to the space, how they keep both parents and kids safe in this hybrid space. WeWork meets childcare, depending on your needs, they have it all from daycare program to drop in care flexibility! My kiddo has not stopped begging to go back to the "fun school" and I'm sure I need to find a Saturday one of these days where I can just indulge in peace and quiet and appreciate knowing that he is taken care of by the teachers and staff of WorkCastle, and has fun doing so. Plus, the entire time he was in their care, hubs and I got tons of pictures and updates via app so we never wondered what was happening! 10 stars and all my love to the team!
