He asked us what we were looking for. He showed me the puppies that they had. I found the sweetest little boy. He was exactly what we were looking for. He was quite and sweet and curled right up into my neck. I talked to Dustin and I put down a down payment. Darcey kept in touch with me until I came to get him over the weekend. She answered all my questions. When I went to go get him they had him ready for me. He was all bathed and ready to go. The whole family was very friendly. Helping me pick out a leash and harness. They set me up with some puppy food and a list of dos and donts and what to expect with my new puppy. Darcy kept in touch with me through the the next few days when I couldn't get him to eat and what to do. He is now eating. He is so sweet he doesn't bark he whines. He lets us know when he has to go potty no accidents yet. He goes out and stays in the yard and comes to his name already. He's so smart and loving and my cats n other dog just love him. He's good with my kids and everyone keeps asking where we got him from. Thank you so much! We couldn't have asked for a better little puppy! We highly recommend them!

She was not eating, very, very little for days, getting so weak she hardly could walk, we had tried a medicine to improve her appetite but didn't work, they recommended another that "should" work, but didn't have at the office and had to order not knowing how long it could take, I saw that on Chewy.com I could overnight it and start right away, but they REFUSED to give me the prescription, so more days with no eating and by the time I got the med, was too late and my cat is dead. Am I going to recommend them, heck NO!

Elizabeth gets all the stars we can give! I had never had a pet sitter beyond family coming to…read morefill my cat's food and water and I had no clue what to expect or what questions to ask. She was extremely professional and prepared- she came to my home masked (COVID-19) for the interview/initial set-up and was amazing! We went over pet health, where pet supplies were, what my kitty's habits/likes/dislikes are, if there were any household things like mail or plant watering that needed to be taken care of, contacts in case of emergency, etc. It took a few visits for my kitty to come out to visit with her, but she was very understanding and patient! (Maisie Cat had a very hard life before me.) Now when Elizabeth visits she meets her at the top of the stairs, purring! Elizabeth usually sends me a quick text saying everything is fine on the days she visits and when I arrive home there is a detailed sheet with all kinds of updates. There were a few days when my schedule changed last minute and I texted Elizabeth, asking if she could switch visit dates. She worked with me when she could and was very flexible!
