On December 25, 2023, I bought my house for cash at 4100 US Hwy 29N Greensboro NC 27405. From the first day I spoke with Melissa Edwards, the manager, she demonstrated a despotic, rude and racist attitude. When I bought the trailer it was with another very good and kind assistant, when I handed over the keys this Melissa, the manager" did it. This morning, Monday, January 7, 2024, I went to the office and the manager came out very rude, treating us like stupid people, pointing out that we should talk to the accountant, we went to him... we explained to him that I want to make a winged porch of my trailer and he said to do it without any problem, I went to Lowe's to buy the material and when I returned to the trailer the supposed manager of the community arrived, very rudely upset, saying that any work I want to do on the trailer I have to ask permission from she. I understand and that's why I went to the office to fill out some form and get authorization. What I do not understand if they say that it is a quiet community that is in charge is the first to discriminate against people and with a rude attitude she got into sher car driving at 50 km / h when it is only 15 km / h. read more

ive been here a year now and just signed my lease again. Office personal has changed multiple times yes but the community is quite and the neighbors are great. This was the only place that would allow me to have my dog and be within my budget. Melissa the office manager is doing her best to get the community back to looking nice and clean but things take time. But with Melissa she listens to your concerns you and addresses them promptly! read more

This is the most INCOMPETENT leasing community in Greensboro! My sons' AC Unit went out during 100 degree weather. AC repair guy said he needed to go back and get a part. While he went to the shop the MAINTENANCE supervisor of the community CLOSED the work order with out confirmation of it being repaired. We lost our dog to the heat!!!! read more

They then moved me to a different location that right now has structural issues meaning the floors are actually starting to buckle in this place. Every time I go to the front office they have a new manager. They always promise to fix the issues but never do. They add fees to the utilities and call it an administrative fee. They are complete liars. Just waiting until our lease is up so that we can leave! Hopefully someone will read this and actually do something about this location that calls themselves YES communities! My roommate and I viewed a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and made arrangements to apply, the same day after being pressured to apply quickly for priority. Before we began the application process, Emirba Velez, told us to make sure that we tell her of anything that could potentially be on our credit so that she can be aware of any hindrance that may reflect upon our credit negatively, so that she can "work with us" through the application process. We proceeded to tell her of the situation that we were put through with a previous apartment complex and that it is NOT on our credit; however, because we had to list our previous addresses, we let her know of the situation. She proceeded to give us an application. After she processed our application, she used that very same reasoning as to why WE COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED for the unit, after we already explained to her the situation, for which she was now using AGAINST us in our application. In conclusion, we felt scammed and cheated out of our money, since we were persuaded to apply as soon as possible for priority (but were treated otherwise) we decided to do so same day, and after we spoke with her about our previous address, she used that situation AGAINST us, rather than being honest and telling us NOT to apply because SHE KNEW we weren't going to be accepted because WE TOLD HER what the situation was and she said "ok". DO NOT waste your time, or money, with this company, they rush you through the process, so that you do not notice that you are being scammed, all the while they have a smile on their faces with a friendly and helpful demeanor and pretend that everything is "ok", instead of being honest, up-front, and straight-forward.
