The assistant manager Rebeka was so rude and impersonal with us as we were wasting her time. lack of eye contact and she actually told us that this may not be a suitable place for us. We just left completely shocked and saddened, but we agreed it was not for us. discrimination is still sadly very much alive and we are hoping to find a welcoming home as other communities have been very kind. We are sure this is most likely not the case with everybody who is staffed there, but our one experience was enough to just walk away and seek a home elsewhere.

We just moved out after two years at The Green, and overall, it was a great experience. Like any…read moreapartment, there are pros and cons, but I believe it's hard to find a better place nearby, especially for the price. **Cons:** - The mobile app for opening the gates could be more stable. You have to scroll through a long list to access the front and back gates, and there is no way to rearrange the list. It's tedious for something you use daily. - The back gate is broken more often than it should be. - Some areas need landscaping, like the dog park, but with their other landscaping projects. Hopefully, they address that as well. **Pros:** - Pretty much everything else! - An abundance of high-quality amenities. - The office staff were always friendly, and most of the issues we had during our first year have been addressed (aside from the gate). The property has improved, and they've even started some impressive landscaping projects we wish they'd done sooner. - Never had a negative interaction with anyone on the property. Rent is a bit pricer than some of its competitors in the area, but it is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." Overall, the things we didn't like were minor, and while we both disliked the app, it's easy to overlook, considering how peaceful, friendly, and luxurious the rest of the place is compared to others in the area. If we hadn't moved far away, we would have stayed. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5 Stars.

I recently moved into this apartment community and, unfortunately, my experience has been very…read moredisappointing. There appears to be a lack of urgency and accountability from both management and maintenance when it comes to addressing resident concerns. Maintenance issues are not being resolved in a timely or professional manner, and follow through is often lacking. Residents deserve to feel that their concerns matter, but that has not been my experience so far. The condition of the property has also become a concern. Excess litter is frequently left around the community, trash is often left sitting for days without being cleaned up, and there seems to be little effort to address ongoing problems that affect the quality of life for residents. In addition, unsupervised children are often left to roam common areas, creating an environment that does not always feel safe or well managed. What is most frustrating is the apparent lack of enforcement of community standards. Good tenants who follow the rules should not have to watch the property decline because problem behaviors are ignored. Management has a responsibility to properly steward the community, maintain standards, and ensure that all residents can enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable place to live. As a parent, I can honestly say I do not currently feel comfortable with my children being here under the present conditions. The property has potential, but meaningful action is needed. Management should hold staff accountable, ensure maintenance requests are completed professionally and efficiently, and take appropriate steps to address ongoing community issues. Without stronger leadership and enforcement, the quality of this community will continue to decline. I hope ownership and management take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes before more responsible residents decide to leave.

I would strongly encourage prospective residents to carefully document everything and review their…read moremove-out charges closely. After moving out, we were charged $2,685.17 for full flooring replacement. We acknowledge that our dog damaged approximately 3-5 planks of laminate flooring near the back door, and we have never disputed responsibility for reasonable costs associated with that damage. What we dispute is being charged for replacement of the entire floor. We formally disputed the charge on July 26 and requested photographs, an itemized invoice or estimate, an explanation of why the affected planks could not be repaired or replaced individually, the age of the flooring, and an explanation of how the charge was calculated. After receiving no response, we followed up again on July 31 and gave management until August 7 to respond. As of August 8, we have received no response or supporting documentation whatsoever. The property's initial notice also stated that the resulting $2,321.67 balance could be sent to a third-party collection agency if not paid. We have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and have been clear that we are willing to let them retain our security deposit toward legitimate move-out charges. We simply do not believe we should be required to pay an additional $2,321.67 for a full floor replacement without documentation demonstrating that it was necessary and that the charge is reasonable. We have now escalated the matter to W3 and are giving management until August 14 to respond before pursuing further action. Our experience has been extremely disappointing, particularly because we have tried repeatedly to resolve this privately and professionally and have received no response at all
