I am not a vaper, so is purely a review of what I observed. The place is super clean and the help seems really knowledgable and helpful. They are really friendly and super willing to help. There is free wine and free coffee. I guess that means if I go with my hubby I can enjoy the place too. Prices seem reasonable. Today and most weekends they offer a special. Today the special was buy 2 get one free on the liquids. They have a huge assortment of juices and will even custom blend for you. They do repairs and carry all for your vaping needs. read more

If you want a shop that remembers your name and treats you like family, this is the one. By far the best shop in the area, always stocked with what I need and more. They even price match and when they don't have something, they order it and keep you updated on when to pick up. But what makes this shop different is the environment- I usually spend at least 1-2 hrs here after purchase, hanging out with the awesome staff(s/o Justin, David, Mikey, Gab & Chloe, too!), playing nostalgic games on GameCube (they have a SNES, PlayStation and Xbox 350 too!) Smoking is something I've struggled with for years, living in New York will do that to you. It's wild how much quitting can change your life. He didn't overwhelm me and at step one of choosing a pipe he helped me choose one that had two sets as I travel and would always have a backup. Things were goi g along great when my day went to awesome when Debra the owner arrived. Her bright hellos and greetings to everyone made me smile. Her warmth overflowed and her graciousness, friendliness and helpfulness moved me. I felt that she had a personal commitment to the fact that I wanted to quit a horrible habit, and she took her time with me (even though I was a done sale!) and engaged me. She continued to help others in the shop as well and her heart is all over that place. Wait- did I mention the fierce art and decor of the place? Well - it rocks! The place is sublime and I am looking forward to an upcoming juice bar in the lounge. Fast forward a couple of days, the struggle is real people! However she and I text and she maintains the big sister/sponsor role and I am not smoking. Owner was also very rough around the edges. I'll take my business elsewhere. I could've also left advice to other shoppers by naming 3-4 stores locally where there's better pricing (about 25-30% cheaper) and better customer service, but out of respect for your store, I did not. Amazing customer service! I am new to vaping CBD so I had a ton of questions which were excitingly answered by the cashier (sorry I don't remember his name ). He was very informative and enthusiastic about their products encouraging me to ask more questions if I had any. Which i did about which products i could use (flower, pre-rolls, vape, ect) that wouldn't make me test positive for THC and such. He provided me with a look at a couple of brands of vape juices that they carry and let me know he could add CBD to the juice at $10/100mg CBD. And that they had in-house vape flavors kind that I could do the same with as well, kind of like a bar like experience picking your choice of cocktails. He was not pushy trying to hype up their in-house brand products only which made me feel super comfortable! I ended up going with their in-house flavors which were hard to pick from because they all smelled sooo delicious! I ended up settling on Strawberry Sunrise (Strawberry and Mango) and adding 500mg CBD which cost around $55 total. And I purchased a Smok Novo 3. I originally came in for the Novo 4 which they were sold out of, but he told me great things about the Novo 3 and why it might be better for a novice like me who doesn't know much about coils yet. So far my vaping experience has been great with my new purchase. I do wish the that I could taste the yummy flavor a bit more instead of just smelling the aroma, which I feel like with some disposables I've purchased in the past like the Puff and Joy brands had more taste that I love. But I am going to check back in and see if there is any way to increase the flavor or probably just add CBD to one of the ready made brand juices. Also since I am just visiting the area, i asked for some tips on where to get good food and he went above and beyond with providing me with an array of recommendations and writing them all down as well. As others have mentioned I second that friendly atmosphere. They have a huge selection of house blends as well as a prepared selection. Personally I like their house blends but mainly because you can mix and add CBD or nicotine to preferences. They are very knowledgeable about the products and help find exactly what you like and need. Never rude about trying house blends, one time we tried about 10 new ones. They showcase some of the better mods and back the products they sell. They've taken time to explain new technologies or upcoming new tech. As well as the best way to care for it. Overall always clean, laid back and nice to visit. Definitely has that Cheers vibe. Chilling up front at the "bar" or in the back watching/take part of some video games. Prices are very fair and actually a bit under compared to competition in the area. Make sure to sign up for their reward program! Nothing really special about this place except for the fact that they can make custom drip tips while you wait, depending if the person who makes them is around or not. It's got a good vibe and all but you pretty much find the same stuff here that you would find anywhere else. They then assumed I was spying on them from another Vape shop when in reality I just thought a Vape shop would be a good place to learn about vaping. So they accused me of spying LMAO!!!! WEIRDOS!!!! I was also accused of soliciting customers, which is not true. a customer did ask ne where i got my mech mod from and because they didn't sell it there i told him i can show him where to get one. but i never solicited anyone, the customer approached me first. i have utmost respect for shops and yes i do sell vape supplies thats why i am very considerate not to solicit in a shop that i buy stuff from. i was shocked that after spending hundreds of dollars and stopping in at least once a week and spending money. One day i came in to buy a bottle of juice $22, and in front of all the customers the employee yells out "You're not allowed in the shop anymore you have to leave" i was embarrassed and humiliated, cuz this was done with any discretion at all. and when i asked why, the employee yelled out, you have to ask Debra, she don't want you in here. Now i was even more dumbfounded and embarrassed, which i guess was their intention. so now my money wasn't any good there. let me give you a tip, take my money BEFORE you ban me from store lol. but management sucks so needless to say they didn't even get a sale. so i left the store and i tried to think why i was "banned" for life from the queen, then i remembered how paranoid they are and i remembered when that kid asked me about my mech mod and we had exchanged phone numbers, so i assumed someone told her some bad info and told her that i was trying to steal her customers. WRONG. but Deb never had the respect or decency or business management sense to come speak to me directly and find out the truth so she road the gossip train and had someone else kick me out of her store. So ridiculous. trust me i make it a point not to solicit and stay customers i have respect, funny thing is overtime i went into this shop there was always regular customers sitting there telling me about there ejuice and trying to sell me their own ejuice on the side!!! customers selling different juice and stealing her customers yet i get blamed for trying to take clients!! believe me if i wanted to take her clients i would've done it and she would never have known, but i spoke openly and as matter of fact i brought the individual outside the store and told him that i can help him get this same mech mod but i don't solicit customers in the store thats the reason we went outside in the first place, and the first thing i said i told him was that i don't have respect for people that steal customers and i am not doing this now, I'm only helping him cu he came to me, i would never solicit and approach a customer and try to sell them my vape stuff. David? Was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in helping me select my first vape. Such an easy transition off cigarettes I haven't even had serious cravings. I need to educate myself more on the health risks, but my lungs feel so much cleaner being off smokes for a month now. First off I would like to start by saying I am completely confused about the poor ratings. The staff is awesome, experience , and they let you sample all their flavors without a single complaint. They have 200+ flavors made in house but also carry brands like high roller, cutwood, Uncle Junk. The in house flavors are priced very reasonably. They have a huge section of fancy mods for advanced users yet basic beginners quite smoking gear as well. I will be back for their awesome nip juice flavor which is my new daily vape. This is the best cape store in all of south florida. Amazing staff with high regards to Ellie and Debra. Whenever I stop by the store I feel at home. Did i mention that they have some of the best e-juices available ,with over 200 selections, my favorite being french vanilla butternut. Since my discovery of this store I refuse to shop anywhere else as they cater to every one of your needs along while providing the best customer service. I came into Vape Queen and was very surprised by what I found! It had a great atmosphere and seemingly had large amounts of options that other vape stores didn't have (i.e specific models.) The gentleman who helped me was pretty knowledgable, but kind of uninterested in me, and more interested in the amount of vapor his mod could produce (showing off.) The product I wanted happened to be an opened item (no discount for it being opened, scratched and having some weird gunk on it.) I began having serious issues with it 2 days later. Issues that the manufacturer admitted themselves that they were aware of (and even remodeled it to correct these issues in December 2012). When I brought it back in, the manager of the store was more interested in calling me out to be a liar than she was in correcting the issue. Not once was I asked WHERE she could find, online, it was listed as an issue. I didn't initially ask for a refund, nor did I ask for a more advanced model. I simply asked for a replacement of the corrected version 2 (WHY on earth would I lie in that case? I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable...just the SAME model, but one that actually worked.) She insisted "these are only 4-5 weeks old." Well I'm not doubting that YOU have only had these for 4-5 weeks. A little bit of research would show you that there IS a version 2 of the device, and that your supplier obviously had older models in their possession. I did eventually get a refund, so she did keep her promise there. I even purchased 2 bottles of liquid before I left (for the corrected version 2 device I bought elsewhere...which, according to her, didn't exist) because I was happy she kept her word. The reason I returned the device entirely was A) look, I've been trained by "a three-letter agency" to catch people in lies for my job. So please, don't lie to me by telling me the devices are only 4-5 weeks old, and follow that up by saying "I sell these things daily and no one has ever had a problem...but I don't have a replacement to give you because that was the last one...but I'll order more for you to try!" That right there is a lie. If these were hot sellers, it would behoove you to have them stocked CONSTANTLY and you wouldn't have "4-5 week old models" aka models from before December 2012. And B) because I was told I was getting a military discount, but upon looking at my receipt later that day, realized I was not given one. Even though the guy said I was getting one as he swiped the card ($16 I lost out on!) She kept her word on a refund and for that I'm grateful. I really am, even though it was blatantly obvious she didn't want to deal with me (I'm sorry for giving you my $150, when I could have gone to any one of the other 300+ vape shops in Miami who would gladly accept that sum of money) and asking for you to stand by your product 3 days later. Even Apple does, and they are a multi-BILLION dollar company, which means they don't HAVE to.) As far as mods and atomizers, etc. Never again. But I will gladly purchase their liquids, many of them were quite good! I want to love this store, it's so convenient. Maybe I'll give it another chance. But being rude to your customers, calling them liars (then claiming, "I'm not saying that you're lying.") and then begin flat out lying to them...not a good business practice. Especially when there's TONS of other vape shops in close proximity with better prices (VTR-V2 for $108 before discount as opposed to your $120.) If you purchase a mod here, I hope it works. This is by far the best vape shop I have ever been to and I have tried to visit as many vape stores in South Florida as I possibly can. First of all, the products they offer are all top of the line from the Sony VTC5's to the authentic mods to the Premium and House juices. There is a wide variety of everything so no matter what you plan on spending or are looking for they will be able to help you. The guys there are the best! A fun, kind group of people who know what they are talking about. I've never felt pressured to buy anything, they always give amazing suggestions, and any time I'm confused or just need help, they go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and confident with my setup by the time I leave. The atmosphere here is awesome too. Art covers the walls and there is always a ton of people at the bar having fun playing video games or just messing around with the guys.
