On Sunday morning we tried to dig holes with it and very soft dirt, and once again, the equipment was defective, would not dig at all, just stall out. They were closed on Sunday so I brought it back Monday morning and explained the situation to the owner Paul, he still charged me the minimum of $75 saying that we picked it up at three. We should've been able to call him by five on Saturday. I was amazed that he was going to charge me, but he did. I have been renting from them for over 15 years and will not again. We have videos of the machine not working, but he did not care.

They have an honor system for holding equipment, I called the week before I needed equipment and they didn't even require a credit card from me to hold the rental. They rent all sorts of equipment and looks like they also have U-Haul rental as well. Great customer service, would recommend if you need tools for your next project! I noticed lots of folks renting that are "seasoned professionals" but also some newbs that hardly have a clue like me. I am so grateful the staff talked me through how to properly use the equipment. Thanks to Grover tool, my husband and I were able to save 65% of what we were quoted to do a project. I proceeded to text and call and got no response until a few days later I got a message and all is said was "yes what time do we pick up chairs"? I just figured that maybe they were busy and hard to get ahold of. Well the wedding day approaches and I am getting ready and my fiancé is waiting at the venue for them to bring the chairs. 11:45 comes and nothing. 11:50 comes and nothing. Almost 12 comes and my fiancé decides to call and Danny (the owner) answers and my fiancé said it sounds like he was lounging in a rocking chair. Danny proceeds to switch his story a few times. First story he said he forgot about my event and second story was he had another event and was running behind and he wouldn't be able to get the chairs to the venue for another hour which is past the time the wedding was supposed to start. At this point my fiancé was panicking and we had to tell our wedding coordinator to delay the schedule by about 30 mins. When they finally showed up with the chairs Danny was no where to be found and it seems like he just pawned the o job off on a couple other people. No apology, no offer of a partial refund nothing.

They normally drop it off a day early or come get it the next day. It's great! They have the biggest selection here on the central coast fitting anyone's wants/needs. The bounce houses are always clean when we receive them and most of all the staff is nice. They are willing to help and go the extra mile to get the bounce house exactly where you want it. (We've had to change spots a few times) What I love most about CCPF is their willingness to give back to the community. That's HUGE. They are very involved in the high school around their area and a lot of the sporting events and holiday events in the community.
