A friend recommended Mitch at Always Clean to recondition three rooms of tile in our condo. The twenty year old ceramic as looking a tad worse for wear. Always Clean was easy to work with even from across the country. Set up an appointment which would work when I could get someone to meet him. Received a quote quickly and set up a time for the cleaning. Once again it was easy to set up times when Mitch could get in and proceed with the job. Mitch did this work last September and I have waited this long to review so I could see who well the cleaning and sealing kept up after a few months. Everything looks as if it was done yesterday. We purchased a $2250 sofa marked down to $1799 during a Memorial Day "sale" at this store. My husband asked if there were any extra discounts we could get on it, Firefighter, tax included etc. They agreed to include the sales tax and said delivery was free. Thinking we were getting a deal, we made the purchase. Two days later, I saw the exact same sofa available at Big Lots for $500 less, and found out it is also available at Ashley for $400 less. We felt they gouged us on the price so we went back to talk to the store manager to see if we could get a price match for reasonably somewhere in between. We told the manager, "You claimed this was a $2250 sofa marked down to $1799. At Ashley the exact sofa is $1399 and Big Lots everyday price is $1299. That is a significant difference in your pricing, even for an independent retailer." The manager told us, "I wish you would have shopped around first." And then said, "If you would have picked it up yourself we could have given you something off for delivery because that's part of our pricing." When my husband said to the manager that he had asked for ALL possible discounts and we absolutely would have picked it up ourselves to save more, the salesgirl Brooke chimed in with, "You didn't ask about delivery" Why would we if we were told it was included in their "best" price? The manager did offer some store credit (she did not say how much) but we didn't need anything else, and especially did not want to do further business with them. And get this, she offered to refund us but with a re-stocking fee of 25% which would defeat the purpose and cost us $450! Poor business practice to get caught price gouging and not at least try to make a customer happy with matching somewhere in the middle to competitors pricing. Was it worth it for this business to have us tell everyone we know to save their money and go elsewhere?

They were prompt and neat with the set-up. Our Salesperson, David B. was so helpful in our selection of the perfect sofa for us. He was a no pressure salesperson and answered all our questions. He made shopping for a new sofa so easy. We will definitely purchase from Ashley again and will request David to assist us.
