Our beautiful new leather sofa was just delivered. Our order was filled so quickly. Only took a week from order to delivery. The two young delivery men were very professional and nice. I bought a chair from Ashley Furniture to be delivered to our home in Lake Havasu City. Ashley Furniture scheduled the delivery on a specific date between 10-2 but never showed and never called. Had them reschedule for another day and same thing happened, no show and no call. I thought the third time would be the charm. Same thing no show and no call. They then called the next day and said sorry about the no delivery, lets schedule something else. I told them to pound sand and to credit the account. I'll start this review out by saying, this Ashley's has some of the most amazing, professional, cordial and personable employees! We have spent thousands with Ashley's over the past 15 years when residing on the Central Coast then down to So Cal and now finally in freedom loving Arizona! Majority of our experiences have been positive but still no comparison to this Ashley's in Havasu! We purchased an mdf bed set to save money as we plan to purchase another house in a few years so we accepted the lower build quality for the price. After building the king size bed frame we discovered the headboard was bent from factory and Ashely's immediately had a new one shipped to our door!! The mattress we purchased ended up not being to our liking so we returned and Ashely's not only credited us but gave us another discount on the second mattress purchase and had it shipped to our door no questions asked! This type of customer service where the customers needs and concerns are met with understanding and then addressed per the customers needs without hesitation is a rare quality to find in businesses these days! Ashleys employees addressed mine and my wife's needs and concerns without hesitation which made our experience a phenomenal one to say the least!!! Buyer beware!!! I would not recommend getting anything from this Ashley's furniture. We had two large sofas delivered in January 20 24 and the delivery man did quite a bit of damage on our doors and walls trying to get the furniture in. The store sent somebody out to repair the damage on the walls, but has yet to repair any of our doors. We have left countless messages as to the update with no return phone calls. Bought a beautiful table in December and it cracked on the tabletop from bad craftsmanship as it's composite wood like material-I called in February -March 2021 as it was warranted for a year. The store in Havasu contacted me several times to set up repairs but I couldn't make any of the dates offered. I finally asked if we could just pick up the top and replace it ourselves after about two months . They said sure come pick it up as soon as You can. A month later (in July because we don't live there full time ) I went in person to pick up the tabletop and the staff said it wasn't there, that it had no record on it coming in? Won't be coming in until mid October 2021. Why did they call me several times for installation date and then tell me to come pick it up? read more

Went to Ashley's to purchase Bedroom furniture, had outstanding service with sales Rep SARA HERRICK. Sara was able to answer all questions and was very professional in helping pick the proper set. She also noticed that we were looking at a secondary bedroom set and was able to provide us with a full detail of the brand name in the event we were to purchase at a later day. Then they said it couldn't be cancelled they have a no return policy. I hadn't received any product yet so not sure why it would be such a hassle to cancel the order. I stopped in and looked around. The staff was friendly. I liked some of the furniture here. Not great quality. But, not IKEA either. I went home and started looking at the reviews and website. The website is like a huge corporate website. The pricing is strange. You need to put in a zip code to get the real price. Weird. Anyways, after looking at the reviews, I wasn't comfortable with having furniture delivered. I wanted to see what this store had in stock and pick it up. I called with some SKU numbers. They guy that answered was quite rude when I told him I wanted to pick it up. So, basically if you want to pick up your furniture you need to go to Redlands, CA. The guy wasn't willing to see if a closer store had my items in stock or didn't have the ability to do so. I called Redlands and was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up. Overall, big corporation. We ordered a Tempurpedic mattress in july. The first promised delivery date passed without a word from Ashley. We called and were told by the end of September. On October 1st we went in. We were told there was no mattress for us. Not happy about not having the mattress but even more disappointed that we were never contacted. i have been in this situation of having to wait and wait and wait BUT in the case with the other company we were called, apologized to and completely kept in the loop at all times. Will not be patronizing this store again. I really think separating you from your money is their priority, not providing their customers with good customer service. The salesman we had was a complete jerk. Got the feeling he didn't think we were going to spend much money as he completely dismissed us when he spotted a different customer looking at an expensive sofa. He make a beeline to them and left us standing there. We had to find another sales person to help us. We did end up ordering a few things which took forever to arrive. We had to do the follow up on delivery as we never received a call from them that our order had arrived. Turns out it had been sitting there for a week. So I chose ashley furniture for a couple of reasons. First of all I have a two story house and don't particularly enjoy moving stuff up two flights of stairs, second being they deliver and set up. Should be an easy hand off ordeal for me and I like that. I ordered an entire bedroom set so the more hands off the better. Stuff came in sooner than we anticipated but we managed it and had to take time off work to meet their delivery date. 1. Or order showed up an hour and a half late. They give themselves a two hour window in which they should be able to meet. No one called us and said they were running late or anything of the sort we had to call them. Poor form 2. Originally I was told a night stand was damaged so they didn't bring it. Not before the delivery was made I was told after they had showed up. I said fair enough I don't want anything broken but then I was looking around my room and noticed I was missing a dresser as well. Was told "oh it must have been damaged too". Ummmm how did this not come up when you told me my night stand was damaged and why did I have to bring it up. 3. Mattress had a huge lump in it. I asked if that was common. I was told sometimes. So at that point I was so damn frustrated I just said whatever thanks 4. I call to inquire about all said mishaps. Customer service lady just passed the buck on everyone and everything instead of owning up as a company and making things right. So in closing I wouldn't use ashley ever again. What was supposed to be a single hands off experience has turned into an absolute nightmare of frustration and missed work. Two years ago we purchased a mattress there. What we paid for and what we got are two different things. A few weeks ago I started to use that mattress, I noticed that it sags in the middle, I stopped by the store to complain and they sent someone out to check it, he checked the end of the mattress and not the middle and I have heard nothing since. I have sustained back problems and am currently in physical therapy? I am in agonizing pain. Two days ago I went to our best store and bought a new mattress and I am waiting for delivery. We bought a couch and love seat 3 weeks ago from Ashley Furniture in Lake Havasu, AZ, knowing we would have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it. Yesterday they deliver only the love seat and the nice delivery guys (very nice truly) said you do know your couch isn't here I said no and no one called. I called yesterday and was told it is there but they don't know where. No one called back today to tell me the couch is damaged and it will be another 2-3 weeks to get it. First, you take our money right then and we wait (while you draw interest on the money) to get what we purchased, the least you can do it have good customer service, BUT NO!!! Second, when your delivery people are coming and the phone rings saying RUSSIA you may want to let people know this isn't an overseas call so you answer it. Third, I WILL NEVER buy from you again. Completely disappointed in the service received on 3/25. Before going to leave a review we first called Derek, the general manager but his explanation and excuse were nothing short of pathetic. We just purchased a new home in which we intended on completely furnishing. Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by Eddie who was pleasant but unfortunately it went down hill quickly. As we browsed we were surrounded by several employees at various times arguing with one another, then talking about customers negatively all while completely ignoring the fact we were right there. Then when we found the bedroom set we were ready to purchase, we were going over details with Eddie about the set and the general manager, Derek, came over in the middle of the conversation to cut off Eddie and ask him to turn on a lamp. To say we were made to be unwelcome and not acknowledged is an understatement.
