It's a bit inconspicuous because there is no branding on the outside, it just says Laundromat. But I did see a van that said Oasis Laundry in the parking lot so I assumed this was the place. I was glad when I walked in to feel that it was cooler than the outside. It's a hot day. So they do have AC inside, but as you imagine for a laundromat, it is a lit a bit humid inside as well. One thing you'll notice right away is they have several washers of various sizes. You could get a large washer medium, or small. They all cost various amounts with these smalls being $4.50, the medium $6.50 and the largest approximately $8.50. I used the small washing machines because I did not have a lot to wash but I needed to distribute amongst three loads. Which ran 23 minutes. What's cool is you can pay via app. They have a QR code that you can scan to download the Huebsch app. From there, you can load money onto the app to pay for your clothes. I was a bit confused about where to put the laundry detergent since I had pods versus liquid or powder. The attendant was very helpful. She came over and showed me what to do and also in what order. Hope you guys learn how a business works cuz wow I have no idea how u guys are still operational after seeing months of video footage. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
