After it was partially cleared…read more(I did much of it myself), the maintenance supervisor, Dennis Samford, refused to apply treatment to most of the area in reference. He took a mere 10-15 minutes to treat a VERY small portion of the cleared area. Their initial quote was between $500-$600, an enormous amount for an incomplete job. I will never use Weber again and will discourage others. Mr Samford asked if we were going to pay our bill, and I replied we were. He then said that's all that matters, I.e., the quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are not Weber's priority, only money. Weber provided a very disappointing experience.
