If you want an actual massage, DO NOT book with Sara. Apparently she specializes in "energy work", whatever that means. Not sure why she would even show up then in the booking tool if I was trying to book a Swedish Massage online. Every knot I went in with, I left with. I might have actually had MORE knots when I left because I was so frustrated from lying there for an hour while my "massage therapist" barely touched me. At one point I was laughing over how horrendously bad it was, so she probably thinks I was nuts. And after it was done, she went and hid in a back room- didn't even offer me water. I have had hundreds of massages, and EVERY massage I have had I been offered water except this one. Isn't that a golden rule of a massage therapist? Making sure your client drinks lots of water after. So horrible. Waste of $100. read more

Oasis has been my go-to spa for several years now. They've only got two treatment rooms so you don't have to worry about clients coming and going, making a racket. They've treated me for specific physical conditions and when I just need a little relaxing. They recently added a reiki-certified practitioner and foot reflexology to the menu, which makes my feet happy, just thinking about it. Oasis Massage is tucked neatly inside a Professional Office Building in a small space. I did find out though that they are moving to a new location which is much bigger and I am very happy for them. Oasis Massage is a very professional establishment that takes the time to get to know their clients. Like most places you fill out a form so they can get to know a little bit about you, any problem areas you have as well as injuries that you may have suffered at some point. Danielle was very professional and she took the time to understand how some of my past injuries occurred and how they effected me. She also took the time to understand what I was currently under Medical care for so she didn't effect any treatment I was currently having either. The ambience is very relaxing with a mix of zen, piano and soothing music. Danielle was very respectful when instructing me how to lie on the table or where to have my arms. Throughout the massage she checked on me to ensure the pressure she was applying was good and would inform me of some tight areas that she found. By the end those tight areas felt very relaxed and the lotion she used had a very nice scent to it. Their prices are very reasonable and offer several types of massage techniques from specialty, to swedish, hot stone and even couple massages. Of course that that is only a few techniques I am mentioning but check out their website for all that they have to offer. By the time I got home that evening I felt so great I went on their website to book my next appointment. Yup that's right you can book your appointment online with them as well. I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a birthday massage. My regular girl was booked so I found Pallas at Oasis. She fit my boyfriend and me into a same time slot so we could both be serviced. The spot is cute and clean. The girls are fun yet professional. Pallas's touch was amazing. She insured I was comfortable but provided a much needed deep tissue massage. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage. It was his first time having a massage and he felt pampered. We loved the wonderful spa music. The heated beds were a treat. The rooms have thin walls so the soft talking in the other room is noticeable but as not a distraction. We will definitely go back. Plenty of parking in the rear. read more

The facility was cute and comfortable, and the initial intake was quick and professional. However, the massage itself left much to be desired. I booked a specialty 90 minute massage which is described on the website as a combination of modalities, including deep tissue, which is mostly what I need. My therapist (she never introduced herself, so I don't know her name) DID warn me at the onset that deep tissue wasn't her forte, but since I was already there, I figured I'd give it a go. She was nice and professional, but I mostly felt like I was getting a combination of someone gently applying sunscreen and alternately gently holding a few fingers over various spots for seconds at a time. Definitely NOT what I needed or was expecting. Lastly, that 90 minute massage was actually 70 minutes of being worked on. I understand a 90 minute massage has some built in time for discussion etc, but I feel that $125 for a 70 minute lotion application was not worth it. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next massage. read more

This is a tough one. Although Ashley gave me an EXCELLENT 5-Star deep tissue massage, I'm only giving the place a 3-star rating due to what I consider poor customer service. I made two appointments - one for me and one for my best friend who is undergoing treatment for cancer, which I shared with Pallas the owner when I made the appointments. Turns out my friend was not feeling well enough to make the appointment. I called at least 3 hours in advance to cancel hers but they still charged me half for her. It's not about the money; it was the lack of care, compassion and concern about my friend. No "we're sorry to hear about your friend" or "I can't waive the cancellation policy but let me take $10 off considering". I expected something at least resembling compassion considering this is a wellness-related establishment. Very disappointed in the total lack of humanity. Will not go again despite Ashley's excellent massage. read more

Danielle was excellent at deep tissue massage, a rare skill on the Cape. She worked through some very tight parts of the body and I had greater flexibility/less discomfort after 5 sessions with her.
