Thank to Yelp we discovered Prime Cut and we were soon walking inside and ordering. Prime Cut has a great atmosphere; order up front, get your tray; pay and go to the table where they bring you the hot food. We enjoyed: - Salads... ranch and Dorothy Lynch dressing and fantastic croutons... really, really good croutons - 7oz sirloins, potatoes loaded with butter and Texas toast - also really, really good - Great house-made sauce We were soon filled and feeling good and ready for our drive. As we left, sensing we might need it... sensing the hike at Scotts Bluff might prompt overnight leg cramps for my wonderful wife, we asked where to find a grocery store, to get pickles. The Prime Cut team instead handed us a container of pickle juice - so nice... and... HELPFUL! Later that night my wife did get cramps in both legs and the pickle juice (along with drinking water) helped get rid of the leg gramps.
