    Fried cornbread & berry beignets

What a great spot! I love the open floorplan. There is plenty of space so you don't feel cramped in. The wait staff is great. They are very friendly and make sure you are well taken care of. We were hoping to try the brisket, but they sold out that night, so keep that in mind when you plan your outing. There were four of us, so we wanted to try a little bit of everything. We ordered the cheese curds, pulled pork egg rolls, turkey, pulled pork, hot honey wings, coleslaw, baked beans, mac n cheese, fried cornbread and berry beignets. Now this sounds like a lot of food, and it is, but the portions were perfect size. We were all able to try everything and didn't feel like we wasted anything or had left overs. The cheese curds and pulled pork egg rolls were the apps. They were both delicious. The curds were crispy and tasted so good. The egg rolls were a surprise. The flavors were similar to jalapeno poppers, but with shredded pork inside. The raspberry sauce that came with them was out of this world. It really complimented the egg rolls nicely. We decided to do family style for dinner. The turkey was sliced instead of shredded, which was nice. There wasn't too much smoke on it, but it still tasted really good. The pulled pork was fantastic. I'm not a huge BBQ sauce fan, and this pork was so flavorful without any sauce at all. Speaking of sauce, we got a sauce flight and all of it was great. I think we had an Alabama white sauce, a mustard sauce, a spicy BBQ sauce, and a honey BBQ sauce. The hot honey wings were pretty good too. They weren't super spicy or saucy, and kind of had a crisp to them. They were a big hit at the table. The coleslaw was more vinegary than creamy and had slices of jalapenos in it. It was good, but wasn't my favorite. The mac and cheese was very good. The noodles weren't mushy and it was pretty creamy. The baked beans had a little spice to them and had more of a tomato sauce base to it. It was good. For dessert we shared the fried cornbread and berry beignets. I had never heard of fried cornbread as a dessert before, so i was really excited to check it out. Oh my, it was delish! They were fried chunks of cornbread muffins drizzled with honey and sprinkled with slivered almond clusters served with vanilla ice cream. To die for! My sister in-law is going to try to recreate the recipe for Thanksgiving. The beignets were a little more dense, but still tasted great. The berry sauce really made the dish. The boys had the German beer, which they both really liked. The pomegranate cider and lemonade tea cider (I can't remember their names) were both refreshing from the little sips that I had. We will definitely be back to try the brisket and I'll see if someone else will be the designated driver so I can try the pineapple cider. Cheers!

For more than a decade, Papa Moon Farm has been crafting wines, ciders, and meads. In 2024, they opened a second location to keep up with demand, increasing production and expanding the kitchen. I recently visited The Farm with a few friends, and we loved the beautiful gardens. We decided to have dinner at the Headquarters. The space is huge, with plenty of seating, and offers a full BBQ menu along with the same delicious drinks you'll find at The Farm. There was live music during our visit, and there are other events listed on their website. The food was good (though I wonder if pouring ketchup on my brisket-topped mac and cheese was a mistake). The fried pickles were a huge hit with our group! Our waitress was very friendly, and the place is a fun spot to visit if you're in the area.

Wow ! What a gem for family with kids! This is a huge place with various outdoor activities for kids ( like a huge park with playgrounds inside the restaurant). Food is excellent! Loved the appetizers ( large beer fries, grilled Brussels) , BBQ sandwiches , pull pork and brisket, side salads were awesome! Kids loved their kids burger . Lemonade was actually fresh lemonade. Food came out super fast! I wish we had more time to enjoy the activities after ate food! Definitely recommend the place!

You know God bless Wyoming and it's people. I mean who else is going to bless them?? I was raised…read morein Wyoming and departed ASAP once I got out of high school. During the years I was there, visited on return trips and complaints from some of my family members sometimes my former Wyomingites just do not seem to know what they are getting themselves into. Countless times I have seen ridiculousness trying to be made by people who don't seem to know what they are doing. This ranges from breweries to golf courses. It was like one of the people being interviewed said in Michael Moore's film Roger & Me, 'You can't bring the beach to Michigan'. This eluded to the fact that someone was trying to build a massive water park with artificial beaches in Michigan back in the 80's which went belly up. Much of these endeavors in Wyoming to bring something from somewhere else also met a similar fate. Of course I realize there are many people who are trying to do something and have no idea what they are doing besides Wyoming but there are just so many of these instances here. This brings me to Table Mountain Vineyards & Winery. I heard that there was a winery in Wyoming in the east but I didn't really seem to pay much attention to this information since I am more obsessed with breweries. My brother brought me some of the Cowboy Reserve that he bought there and brought to me and my partner. The cowboy Reserve was a red wine and was aging since 2007. It didn't sound so bad until we tasted it. It was not one dimensional in taste which was good but it did taste very vinegary which was not ok. From what I understand if wine tastes like vinegar it is simply old. I have had other wine from this year at other places and it tastes fine which leads me to the point that the winery may have no clue to what they are doing. Perhaps I just got a bad batch so to speak. I haven't tried their other wines and I am not too sure if I want to. The wine cost about $13 to $14 which is a lot of cash for the quality of wine I had. Maybe some of their other wines are better but..... To give the winery some credit the wine didn't taste like metal. I had a wine once that did. D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G!!

Stopped in yesterday... So worth the drive!! Fantastic wines, wonderful friendly owners, and an…read moreabsolutely astonishing tasting room! I loved the Cowboy Blush and the SOB. My wife loved Cowboy Blush! We had our kids with, and they had extra snacks and games available to entertain while we enjoyed our tasting. It's too bad we don't get out this way often, but if we do... we'll be back!!!!
