Dr. May, Ashlin, Kayla and Laura took amazing care of my sweet oldest "daughter" who is a double digit aged feline that is generally nervous (albeit sweet and quiet) and does not do well in unfamiliar situations like vet visits. My kitty did quite well with Dr. May (just like the previous 2x I have come in for appts) because she takes her time petting her and genuinely cares for my little furry child. I don't trust anyone else with my 4 cats, so please strongly consider this vet office when you are looking for a safe place for your pets to be seen. PS My cat was so relaxed (and this was without medical intervention to calm her) I honestly think she may have fallen asleep at some point while Dr. May and I were coming up with my little girl's care plan.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. I felt like the focus was more on making money than on identifying and treating the actual problem. My dog was seen by Dr. Austin, who performed her initial exam in the back instead of in the exam room with me present. I found this unusual since every other veterinarian I've been to has examined my pet in front of me. I specifically mentioned that Billfred had rotten teeth and asked that they be checked because I was concerned they could be causing the bleeding. Dr. Austin told me that his teeth were "the least of our worries" and instead recommended extensive blood work, including fecal testing. I was quoted approximately $500 for routine lab work or $1,000 for STAT labs. I agreed to the routine labs because I wanted to help my dog. Later that same evening, Billfred started bleeding again. This time I was able to locate the source myself--it was clearly coming from one of his bad teeth. That left me confused and frustrated. If the source of the bleeding was his tooth, why wasn't that identified during his exam? Why were expensive lab tests recommended before ruling out the obvious issue I had specifically pointed out? It also made me question how thorough the examination really was since it was performed out of my sight. The following day, 7/9, I called the clinic and asked to speak with a manager to express my concerns. I was told the only thing they could do was refund the office visit because Dr. Austin is the owner of the facility. While I appreciate the refund, it did not address my concerns about the quality of care or the unnecessary expenses I incurred. As a pet owner, I expect my concerns to be heard and for the most likely causes of a problem to be thoroughly evaluated before recommending costly diagnostic testing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not return to this clinic or recommend it to others.

The scheduling and communication are completely broken; I was repeatedly left on hold over the phone for more than five minutes, and on one occasion, I sat waiting for over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. When you finally do see Dr. Magid Anwar, he constantly rushes in and out between other animals, leaving you completely ignored. The only reason I chose this clinic was because Dr. Anwar is a USDA-accredited vet and I needed mandatory international travel and rabies documentation completed for my certified service animal, Leo. Because of their severe administrative negligence, the paperwork was executed completely incorrectly and flagged by authorities. As a direct result, I was legally forced to cancel my flights and am currently stranded abroad in Bangkok under a mandatory 28-day titer rabies test waiting period. My dog didn't need this and unfortunately, he's had to go through the stress of getting an additional test done because Dr. Anwar never submitted the form online properly. This clinic's chaotic environment and absolute incompetence have caused thousands of dollars in compounding damages and massive distress. He has refused to take direct accountability and just pawned me off on his insurance company. Look elsewhere if you want a clean, organized clinic that actually cares about your animal's well-being.
