It also took forever to get a call back about my lab results. When I did finally get a call back two weeks later the nurse Ken had such a bad attitude and couldn't answer my questions. They are very unorganized probably from being short staffed because no one wants to work around all their hatefulness!

It is extremely rare that a doctor brings up concepts that I hadn't heard of - but she did. Her findings and explanations are consistent with things I researched online afterwards - but I never would have known to look them up had she not explained the concepts to me. Never. Before you see her, make sure your insurance takes her (NY State can be troublesome), but even if they don't -- she is worth a visit. She is also a very kind person who is genuinely interested in helping solve your problems. Super smart. She is like a medical detective, seeing how everything is interconnected and addressing it.

Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." I have no reason to buy anything there again. Oh, and they texted the morning of the massage to push our appointment out 1.5 hours with no apology.
