I came to Dr holzer who specializes in surgery and she said yes I can repair it. The entire ambulatory surgical team was amazing They even call you afterwards to make sure you are okay. Jane was my anesthesiologist She made me feel at ease pleasant bedside manner goes over everything with you I felt safe in her hands. Jauhni walked me back into the surgery waiting room and was fun to talk to. I'm sorry I don't remember the rest of the nurse's name that helped me before and after my surgery. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and patient. I want to add they have a new neurologist my husband seen for the first time last week We are very pleased with him trying to figure out my husband's tinnitus! Dr Trevor Moravec. We have our PCP here, My son's PCP is here, I have had surgery by Dr helming in orthopedics, My husband sees Dr Goodman for his endocrinology Larry is awesome in that office as is Dr Anderson for my son. And then in ophthalmology is another doctor Holzer (the husband to the surgeon I just had on Friday) for all of our eye health. Their therapy rehab center is amazing too Dr Amy murnen, Dr Thurman are excellent providers. Dr Hetrick sees my entire family for our ENT needs. He's the one that noticed I had a stroke sometime in my past it showed up on one of my CT scans of my sinuses. I had no clue I had no lasting effects.

I went 3/4 times. $70 each time I went just for the visit, plus more for anything I had done. They call him doctor Jordan even though it's nurse practitioner Jordan.. but he refused to refill my medication if I didn't go in again. $70 just to get a refill. I go to a different office now. I don't think he is evil, I just think he doesn't care about his patients. He just wants money and to send them away.

I understand it is a hard time, especially for health care facilities, but no one should leave feeling as crappy as we did.

Dr. Brinkman called me today to check on me and to see how I am feeling. I expected it was her…read morenurse but it was actually Dr. Brinkman herself! I had one more lab test to do and now I'm waiting to hear the results. Hopefully I will learn what's going on with my body. In a week or so there are more tests to do but I don't mind if it helps me feel better! Dr. Brinkman's call today was a great reminder as to why I am happy with my doctor and the incredible care I receive from her.

Rude nurse would allow me to give information, keep cutting me off with rude statements, and keep saying, I don't need that." Then proceeded to lecture me on the importance of not cancelling, and I was lucky that they would even see me again, because the extreme bleeding was my fault. I walked out. Perhaps if they had taken the time to answer questions, and had any bedside manners, I wouldn't have cancelled. But to go somewhere for a major problem and get rude nurse and condescending attitude is wrong.

Excellent care, friendly supportive staff, good parking, handy location just across Yauger from the…read morehospital campus. Medical staff listens and answers patients, not condescending. They explain tests, results, procedures at the patient's level of understanding.
