On Monday afternoon I waited for a call and nothing as a tech was suppose to show up and work on my car. I took the day off and was waiting. I called and they did not have any tech scheduled to come over. After giving them more info about myself they said it was a filing error. They tried hard to get a tech to me late in the day but in the evening the rains came in. They rescheduled me for the following morning. I waited and the tech arrived on time. To compensate me they took $10 off my total. I was happy with the service but not happy with the organization of orders they received. I wasted my whole day waiting for them to work on my windshield and had to take another day off to be there. Next time I might try another place to get my windshield replace.

Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

About a month ago I emailed for quote on Tint Removal and Install on an old car, response was quick…read morebut my name was spelled wrong, between health issues and 8 Dr appointments I finally got the money together to get the tint removed. So I emailed in and said I would like to at least go forward with the removal. The car is not driveable with the current tint you can't see out the back window and hardly out the passenger windows. I was asked for my phone number, seems unnecessary but whatever, I provide my phone number. I get a txt saying there is an appointment at 9am tomorrow. I say perfect and provide my address. Where I'm then told that tint is only done in shop because of dust. I respond that I'm just getting tint removed and I don't see how dust affects that and the car cannot be driven with the tint on it. I was then told that they didn't understand that because of all the emails I sent. Apparently 2 emails is alot. They are still now continuing to send me txt messages telling me the person who asked for a quote that I'm wrong. Clearly I will not be doing business with them.
