After dialing through several services I landed on H&K and spoke with Henry. He assured me he'd be available during time I needed him (within just a few days) and we spoke about the detail packages he offered. He happened to be in my area so I texted my address and he arrived within 5 minutes. After looking over my SUV he gave a quote and we booked a time. I ended up having some drama with the vehicle so we had to reschedule. Again, I called last minute and Henry was able to accommodate my short time frame. Out of the gate, I was already impressed with H&K's flexibility and willingness to help a customer in need. On the day of the detail Henry showed up with his rig, ready to go. He took his time washing, cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, buffing our SUV to every little detail. He worked on areas I would probably never think of- he cleaned the inside of our air vents, removed acrylic paint from a small area in the back seat, buffed out a large area of light scratches, cleaned the wheels to perfection and conditioned the leather interior. I had walked outside once or twice to check in and Henry did an awesome job stopping to explain what he was doing, what products he used (and why they were superior to other competitors), etc. It was nice to know his experience translated not only to an exceptional detail but also trade secrets/tricks to bring new life back to certain areas that needed the extra attention. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with H&K's detail. Henry spent 3 hours cleaning every inch of my SUV paying careful attention to every aspect of the cleaning, inside and out. He cleaned the door jams, the underside of moldings, the nooks and crannys most places would likely overlook. It was this extra effort that will definitely bring me back to H&K and also refer to friends and family. I feel the pricing is competitive and worth every cent. Henry will accommodate your needs and try to work within your budget and, as explained earlier, he will show flexibility with scheduling. I was given a few tips and tricks that I can apply to future washes when I clean interior or specific parts of my vehicle. As a long-time Yelper, I would highly recommend H&K Detailing to anyone interested in a positive auto detail experience.

Brought my truck in for tint all around and the sun roof. Dropped off at 8am was told they would…read morestart on it "right now" 9:30am they brought it around and washed it for some reason. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

I looked around for the best price interior detail that I could find in the area. I contacted Nate at Kleantec Mobile Detail in Tempe. I actually live on the opposite side of the Phoenix metro area, so I told him that I would bring in the car and wait. As promised, Nate contacted me a few hours before my appointment to make sure that we were still on. The trip down the 101 actually wasn't too bad. I got there a little early, and walked to a local coffee shop to burn some time. After getting back to the Kleantec, I spent some time in the waiting room. There was a very friendly vibe to the place. My wife's car was done in 2 - 2 1/2 hours. It looked great! Afterward, I talked with Nate about returning sometime after the holiday season to have the exterior cleaned and detailed and to have a foggy headlight cleared up. After that job is done, Nate will be referring me to someone who will help with some paint chip repair. Communication was Excellent. The interior detailing looks great. I think I got a great price for the service. My wife is really pleased and looks forward to having a little more done -- one of my Christmas presents to her. Everything about my experience with Kleantec was top notch. I look for ward to working again with Nate in the near future. Bravo!
